Mm. I think he should fill out the application properly. I can't even read his reason why he thinks he should be chosen for a captains spot.

Eke is my Lieutenant but I might have to say no on him. I like him but in my opinion has made some poor decisions on some things. I'm actually referring to how he created a mini-RP in our Squad(without my consent) about how The Royal Guard was attacked and that the Squad was sent to his dimension to protect him. Something along those lines. While I like the idea of a mini-RP in our Squad I saw very major flaws in his plot and was also put off that it was somewhat poorly set up. I haven't told him that I disagree with his plot yet though.
Refer to Squad 2 sub-forums. Is that a reason to say no? sweatdrop

@ Goro: He really sucks in editing stuff, that's why you can't read the reason why he wants to become a captain. But I just said it's okay, though. I don't think he can come up with a better looking one anyway... Not to be harsh on him or anything.
@ Spiral: Because of what you said, my "no" to his application became an even bigger "NO." You should tell him about it as soon as you can, he should know his limitations as a lieutenant and shouldn't go over his bounds. He's kinda like that Shun Daizen, some idiot who announced a captain's meeting. Only not as extreme as that guy.
Also, I went over his profile for a bit and saw that some parts lack detail. If I were to judge on his RP sample alone, I might have accepted him. But after looking at the other aspects, he doesn't seem to be qualified to be a captain.

Ok, so I just got back from looking at it and I'll agree that it is quite shoddy and probably not well thought out. The King would never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever come to the Soul Society. Ever. At least not for something like that.
[Hell, Kubo may make him show up because of Aizen, but I doubt it... so that's my reasoning for leaving the possibility. sweatdrop ]
That is quite a plot hole.. So, if it's too late to change my mind... oh well? xd

His RP sample is alright. His reason to become a captain is well, so-so. I haven't really read over his profile but I think I don't need to. XD
Well, if he doesn't show a good performance as a crew member, the demote button will always be there. Approved.

I approve of both. They're RP samples look OK and and I've seen them post around. No problems at all with them, thus far.
