Kimiko nearly fell over herself to stand at attention, and Xenon simply stood calmly, bowing slightly "Lord Otokage," his eyes took in the woman with him and he bowed yet again, showing equal respect. "Lady TakiKage..." He straightened, his expression serious. "While we were escorting the civilians into this tunnel, our teammate Tekkensesai Raine and we stumbled upon some suspicious figures, after some...persuasive methods-"
Kimiko looked at him slightly incredulous "He was screaming like a little girl!"
Xenon gave a briefly amused smirk "Yes..." he then became serious once more "We learned from one of the men that they were apart of some cult dedicated to the more archaic ways of the village, from previous regimes. They were conducting various expiriments down here to that end. When we learned they had a prisoner from taki, we were able to discern that Lady Takikage was attacking upon misinformation." he gestured to the cell. "With this information I sent a clone back to inform the first Ninja it saw to clear up this rather unfortunate oversight, and we came forward to secure the cell itself." He bowed yet again. "Awaiting orders...sir."
Kimiko was nodding her head slightly as though to confirm all he'd said. In situations like this it was probably better to let Maboroshi do the talking...he was better at that kind of thing anyway...

Dr. Grey pushed Raine to the ground with the other people hurt in the attack, all laid out on old blankets, most of them with minor injuries nothing really serious. Raine sighed in relief, he seemed like the who was hurt most in the attack. A smile broke his face, that's the way is should be.
"You ran away this morning." the woman probed his wound checking how deep they were.
The small boy blushed a little bit. "Well, I don't like the hospital and the genin exams were today." he pointed to his headband. Her hands glowed a beautiful green over his body, villagers peered over to see what was going on.
"You are so reckless. I'm glad to see you're feeling better." she still studied the massive wounds on his chest.
Raine noticed this and sunk his head down and to the right. The thought of being called reckless thrilled him though and he couldn't stay sad very long. "Yeah, we totally saved the village!"
"Oh did you?" She went with his childish fantasies.
"Yeah, we fought that crazy guy and found the guy who was kidnapped, by this secret organization that operates down here."
"Sure you did."
Suddenly, the large hatch entrance squealed, the villagers stopping, petrified that an enemy ninja had found their hideout. Slowly light cracked and spilled in over their faces a figure in black. Than Lavi poked his head through, smiling broadly,"Everybody it's over! It's really over!" The people inside started clapping, cheering, and crying all at the same time. Raine looked up at all his people their hearts lifteing from the darkness. He couldn't help warm tears peaking over his eyes and tumbling down his cheeks.
Dr. Grey gasped, "Are you okay?"
He nodded, his eyebrows pulling up and tears pouring over his cheeks. "I told you."

The screams of agony and anger reverberated from the doorway, a rage so mincing that Kasuke even felt wary. He looked to the children. "Hurry and leave, make sure all the villagers are out far away from these tunnels." For all the times he had sat catching leaves with his new Kage hat, it would have been fitting now. "Don't let anyone back in, no matter what." his voice was cold and authoritative. He turned to Nakamura as the chakra levels spiked from within the doors. "Would that be him?"

Kimiko started to speak. "But Si-" yet her Rival cut her off.
"Yes sir." He looked at Kimiko "Let's go Momoe-san." he turned to face them again. "Lord Otokage, Lady Takikage." he then turned and took off down the tunnel.
Kimiko looked like she wanted to say something more but in the end bowed slightly disappointed. "Um...see you later sir..." she looked with more uncertainty toward the woman who'd attacked her home. She just gave brief nod, then followed after her teammate. 'How can we leave Lord Kasuke alone with that other lady...isn't she...well...our enemy...? I mean, even if she was attacking the wrong people...you shouldn't attack innocent people for any reason! it's just wrong!' she frowned, catching up with Xenon. "Maboroshi...do you think we can trust that woman to be alone with Kasuke?"
Xenon looked back behind her. What exactly did she think they would be able to do if they couldn't trust her? Regardless "I don't believe that she was in a position to harm him, she had no reason to. But besides that," she blinked, slightly uncertain as to why he was so certain about this "I do not believe that woman is the kind for treachery...she is apparently hasty, but I don't believe she's underhanded. She seemed to strong to require such tactics...or didn't you feel that?"
Kimiko was looking slightly more annoyed than before "Oh...I get it."
Xenon looked at her slightly confused. "Hm? Get what?"
Kimiko puffed out her cheeks looking ahead of them again as they hurried back along the hall. "So it's older women like her your into huh Maboroshi...you're such a pervert." she seemed disgusted with him.
Xenon looked at her incredulously. "What are you talking about?!" he suddenly looked amused, his tone mocking "You know you're the only girl for me Momoe-san."
"No I'm...isn't...doesn't....shut up! Your not funny!" Maboroshi snickered.

Nakamura gave a solemn nod, her jutsu were rather helpfull and could be used in most situations.
"It's one of the few things I've picked up during my years of training." Nakamura whispered while she took off after him. She too, had heard a distant moan, but that wasn't what her sensitve ears picked up. Silent cries and angered roars. Great... not something I wanted to have to deal with today. The safest thing for me to do would be to use that jutsu on him. her thoughts were interupted by the notice of two much smaller ninja. She noticed that one of them was bowing to her, and puzzled the meaning of such a remark. Where she came from, bowing was a form of gratitude. What was he thanking her for?
Hearing a second shout from her comrade-in-arms, Nakamura nodded solemnly.
"That would be him. I wouldn't suggest you lead on from here. Let's just say, anyone is fair game to him in this state." she whispered, moving her left hand upon the door, manuevering her hand to feel for it's weakspot.
"You may want to take a step back. Things could get messy." and with her statement, Nakamura moved her hand away from the door. Her right leg gave off a distinct shimmer while her Kekkai Genkai came into play, protecting her right leg in a sheen of ice. In a flash of white, her right leg connected with the door releasing a loud metallic clanging sound that echoed through the vicinity. Ice shattered to the sound of glass and it was when the sounds died down, did the metallic door begin to creak. Moving her left hand down onto her right leg, Nakamura let out a sigh. Next time, I should be more carefull. I almost injured myself on that thing.

The sound of a distant door shattering thundering and the resulting sounds of motion echoed in his ears as the ninja some sevral stories above him and beyond the door he was behind were no doubt moving out to strike at those approaching. Another roar began to rise up in his lungs but something stifled it. Even in rage he had enough sense to realize that there was a more immediate diversion above and that something was changing. Rather than waisting his breath on further thundering bellows, he knew he would want his strength to face anything that might stand between him and his freedom, and the first step was to focus on these chains. His body was still fighting the relaxants in his veins, but they were fading fast. They had no hope of lingering against his will or the power of his body.

Kasuke didn't react to Nakamura's statement about leading, he was already standing still so when she stepped forward he simply stood still. However when she cautioned to back away he did so, preparing to work up some form of shielding jutsu if need but. He found the the Takikage was much more reasonable and kind while not exploding with rage, she actually seemed quiet polite and thoughtful. Exposing her jutsu as well, Kasuke watched in fascination of her mastering of the ice element. Something very rare, it must have been a kakkai genkai, much like his own affinity toward the wind that allowed him the ability to control air currents hundreds of feet away from his chakra source.
He was glad that she had successfully broken the door, a wind jutsu would have been to powerful and collapsed the passage way. Still letting her lead, he felt the presense of his villagers still in the far reaches of the system, he needed to get these powerful people, possibly hostile as well, out of the passages before any real damage happened. "We need to get him and go. You have permission to kill anyone in there, they are enemies of Otogakure, but these passages are hundreds of years old, they could collapse at anytime."
(Can we just assume the kages beat these "guards" to get this over with before you have to leave rachel?)

Preparing to move at a steadfast pace, Nakamura listened closely to the sounds that reverberated off of the ancient tunnels. Her mind came to a simple conclusion, the faster they got him out of there, the sooner she could get him back on track. The only problem with her plan, were the many guards that were sure to be there.
Feeling out the chakra sources, Nakamura took in a deep breath, concentrating deeply upon the chakra sources around her. Her right hand shifted, allowing the orb of light to raise up from her grasp, as if it were a guiding pixie it shifted forward. Her hands, however, met together while the sounds of the outside world faded away. Now... their chakra gives them away... she thought to herself, closing her eyes to match the world's sounds with her mind's eye. Now... Ice Viper Jutsu!
A beam of frost shot out from her fingertips onto the floor, and it was as if they were seeking out body heat for the trail of ice snaked across the floor like tenticles seeking out their prey. One by one, shouts of shock and suprise were cut off as their bodies became encased in a tomb of ice.
"Go on ahead, shout back when it's all clear." Nakamura whispered, her breath came in icy puffs while she concentrated on keeping her jutsu moving from target to target.
Hearing someone breath from several halls away DC = 120

(koori no dokuhebi no jutsu) Ice Viper Jutsu- This is a memento left behind by Nakamura's parents. The jutsu was left in an umarked scroll that Nakamura stumbled upon one evening at her home. This jutsu acts as part of her Kekkai Genkai, using the same freezing technique to do. When this jutsu is activated, all Nakamura has to do is think of her target while firing the beam into the ground. It follows the target untill it hit's it's mark. As the target runs, ice spikes shoot up from the ice.

As he focused, storing his energy and biding his time, his body fought against the relaxants in his system, and slowly it felt like a weight was being lifted from his body. Energy coursed through his veins and he snarled in eager anticipation of his encroaching freedom. A new deep rumbling noise came from beneath the metal device that concealed his face and neck. This time it was not a bellow, but something more sinister that reverberated off of the walls and was chilling to hear in place of the roars of absolute rage. It was laughter, cruel malicious laughter of a man driven to the brink by his own freedom, and giddy on the anticipation of his brutal vengeance.

It had gone fairly quiet beyond where he was now... but that did not matter to him anymore. There were only three things that existed in the world at this moment. Himself, his chains, and the door before him.
Kusari shifted his stance and began to walk forward the chains already strained to their limit. He fought as his out of experience legs began to strain against them with more force than he'd been able to give them in some time. Like a stubborn ox he strained against the chains and the first to snap was the one binding his right leg. His leg lurched forwards and he was now able to add more leverage behind his pulling. The metal chain that bound his left leg soon snapped as well.
One by one they began to break until all that was left were the chains bound individually to each of his wrists. They were anchored sturdily into the wall and thei heavy chains were far stronger than the others, a last line of protection between his captors and their demise. Kusari strained and his strain became a roar of effort. Still the chains held.

((He has more than one chain restraining him...but I suppose that was why it was generalized as Restraints, so a genin handcuffed to a wall would have to fight just as hard a massive individual bound with a proportionally equivalent set of restraints. ))

Xenon and Kimiko were moving through the tunnel without meeting any resistance, the enemies already gone from this area. The area they'd fought 3 passing them by, they were drawing to close to where'd they left the civilians behind.
"Maboroshi, look! It looks like they're already evacuating everybody!" She pointed ahead and her rival followed her gaze.
She was indeed correct, the people seemed to be slowly filtering out of the large domes aera and heading out of the tunnel. Among those evacuating them Xen could see a few Chuunin, the exam proctor who'd brought them here among them. Though most importantly, he saw they're team mate Raine being tended to by his favorite doctor.
"Raine, Dr. Grey!" Kimiko called working her way through the crowd to them, Xenon close behind her. "Raine I'm glad you made it is he okay?" she asked relieved to see them both.
"He's fine," Xenon noted pushing up his glasses and moving himself out of the surrounding crowd's way.
Dr. grey seemed to see Xenon and Kimiko, then looked at Three. "Ah...so it was you two...that makes more sense... I didn't think Raine would be so Brutal."
Xenon smirked, amused "Ah Alas Doctor, Momoe-san is just so violent, I couldn't stop her."
"I'm not violent! I just...OH just shut up Maboroshi!! I'm not violent!" Kimiko protested at him puffing out her cheeks.
"Do you see what I mean?" he teased with an amused grin.
Dr. Grey gave Xenon a slightly transparent look. So Maboroshi struck again, that was four bodies he'd sent her now in the last month...at least this one was alive...barely. She was slightly worried putting a kind boy like Raine with someone like him...but then, she also knew that ninja like Xen were necessary. A village needed it's black knights as well as white if it was to survive. She looked back to Raine.

Kasuke watched and listened to the screams and grunts from beyond the doorway. A stair leading up to another light source was exposed and the kage leaped forward jumping up through the spiraling metal staircase and flinging his hands in an x motion as he reached the top of the room, where many of the guards were entombed already. His attack smashed all the remaining guards back into the walls of the chamber, their backs smashing against the crumbling stone.
Calling back to Nakamura, he stared at yet another thick metal door, a source of chakra growing behind it so furiously that Kasuke hesitated. His own chakra spreading into the room through his Kekkai Genkai and mixed with deep breaths of wrath and hate. What ever was in there was a monster. He stood in front of the door, He knew he couldn't break through it with a wind jutsu or taijutsu, he needed Nakamura.
Futon: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough)
The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area. It is known that a variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target.

Raine sat while Dr. Grey continued to heal him and watched the passing villagers who glanced down at him before exciting a few feet ahead. His tears had dried and soon there were few villagers left. Many of the less injured people had stood and left, leaving a few ninja in the room. The small boy broke into a smile as his teammates appeared. "You guys got him!?"

Kusari would not be defeated by these chains, no, not when he was so close. He had been trapped for so long, vengance and freedom were so close he could taste them. Turning around, he placed one hand on each anchoring ring that held his chains to the stones of the wall behind him. He would be free at any cost! Taking a better stance he began to put all his strength and weight into pulling against the massive, heavy stones. It started as a growl but grew into tremendous roar of effort. The roar was joined with the sounds of grinding stone and shuddering walls as the stones began to slide out of the wall they were a part of. His victory over his restraints was signified by a thundering crash that seemed to shake the whole structure for a moment. The stones of this underground prison shifted and settled. It would not give way just yet. No he had not abused it enough to bring the prison down. That would change, he would use these very stones that held him in this place..to bring it down forever. Turning towards the door, Kusari's adrenaline thundered in his veins and he raised his arms, the massive stones hanging from the chains at his wrists and he began to slowly swing one preparing to use this weapon to sunder the door before him...
