Background: raised as an orphen he became a ninja and took the genin chunin exam when
he was 14 and due to an accident during the exam with an experimental genjutsu was put into the hopital until he
awoke at the age of 17. during his stay at the hospital both
of his teamates died in the preliminaries and the finals for the exam while his sensei died on a secret mission
Personality: usually loud and happy but ever since waking up in the hospital has been rather quiet and seclusive

Clan/Bloodline: (Custom) Koori (Ice needles): A blood limit technique that freezes her fingertips and allows her to pull ice
needles from the tips or shoot them. If she learns she can eventually
learn the ultimate step of this attack (There are six) which the
steps are one: finger ice needles, two: elbow ice needles. Three:
knee ice needles, Four: mouth needles. Five: ice needles that come
from anywhere she wants on her body except her heart, and the sixth
one only three people in her clan that she read about could do is
attach the ice needle from her heart to her opponent's heart and kill
herself to kill the opponent. Only those who are willing to risk
their lives for another would do this.
Clan powers and flaws:
Koori blood: if the temperature is freezing or somewhat cold she has a greater advantage. though, she is still very powerful even though it might be cold, since when she was born her parents (Like Gaara's) put ice in her body so she can kill without caring.
Zeebaru: she is Immune to Genjutsu at different levels all depending on how strong the clan member is because she is extreemly smart and can tell when she's in an illusion. The best way to attack this bloodlimit is to use fire, though she will put up a good fight since she is a genius.

Inventory: The 5 Katanas on his back and about 40 Kunais and Surikens, hidden on him.
Physical Description: Young and muscular. A bit intimidating at first apperance.
Background: Ashi was raised by no one and lived with no one, she lives
all by herself. She was living in the hidden village of snow until
she turned 13 when she figured that she should move to Konoha and try
to become a Chunnin with her teammates. Though, their were to many
who got out of the forest alive and during the two on two test for
the real test, one of her teammates was killed. During the major test
her other teammate was killed. She was quickly appointed as Chunnin
for her smart thinking and great attacks. Ever since then she has
stayed in Konoha and doesn't even think of leaving. She has completed
a number of missions as a group leader because of her rank. Though
there is one strange thing about her that everyone questions, the
fact that she comes back from any fight undamaged and not dirty in
the least. She covers herself in ice whenever she fights.
Personality: a extremely cold personality. She, like Gaara, had their bloodlimit placed inside her to the point where people were afreaid of her since she was so quick to kill. Because of this, when she was six her parents tried to kill her and she made ice shoot out of the ground, cover the whole inside of the house, and kill her parents. When her parents died she walked to Konoha and started to live there, which is why she has a Konoha headband instead of her village's headband. She grew up thinking that no one should be trusted. She only talks to people if they talk to her
first or if it's something important. She never really had a friend
before.
Other: Becomes extremly Unstabel when she sees or hear something, that might remind her of her past. This can be dangerus to all around her, if she is in a battel situation.

Ninjutsu-
Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique
Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to tranform themself into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
Kage Shuriken no Jutsu - Shadow Shuriken Technique
Kage Shuriken no Jutsu- is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Fuuma Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.
Kakuremino no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja uses a camouflage cloth to cloak themselves in the background.
Kawarimi no Jutsu- When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.
Chakra Enjintou no jutsu-
A Ninjutsu technique used, primarily for field surgery. The ninja concentrates a powerful aura of chakra around their hand, creating a blade capable of tearing through muscles and arteries, or breaking bone, without actually breaking the skin of the person they're using it on.
Chidori-
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja using it grabs their wrist, and then collects enough chakra into their hand that it becomes visible to mere human eyes. With enough chakra collected into one focal point, that point becomes powerful enough to destroy an entire cliff side.
Chiyute no Jutsu
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of healing chakra. This chakra, when concentrated, can repair physical damage to another person.
Kanashibari no Jutsu
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja stares down their opponent, causing them to become completely frozen in their tracks. Perfect for escaping a dire situation, or for stalling a target in an assassination.
Kirigakure no Jutsu
A Ninjutsu technique that covers the area surrounding the ninja using it completely in mist. Perfect for silent killing, since there's practically no visibility within the area of this jutsu.
Kuchiyose no Jutsu
Having signed a contract in blood, any ninja with this Ninjutsu technique can summon a beast, or beasts, from another plane of existence to use in battle. They must use their own blood as a "sacrifice" to summon them, after performing the hand seals corresponding with their animal.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu
This Ninjutsu technique uses water as its base for creating the clones. Each clone is one tenth as powerful as the ninja using it and has a limited range it can move away from its creator. Like the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique), this clone can attack.
Shouhekifuu
A Ninjutsu technique incorporating the Bakuretsufuu (Exploding Seals). The ninja sets four or more exploding seals in a formation around a certain area so that if an enemy ninja enters the set proximity of these seals, all of them will be detonated at once, ensuring that the enemy cannot escape death.
Suiton Daibakufu no Jutsu
A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique using water as its base. The ninja manipulates the water around them into a cyclonic explosion that rips into its victim like a tsunami. It has enough force to tear apart solid ground and uproot trees.
Suiton Suijinheki
A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses already existing water and raises it around them in a circular barrier. Only extremely powerful ninjas can use this technique without available water.
Suiton Suiryuudan no Jutsu
A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique using water as its base. The ninja manipulates the water around them into the shape of a large dragon that attacks their opponent as a torrential blast.
Genjutsu-
Kage Bunshin no jutsu
Being a forbidden and advanced NinJutsu, few people know this technique perfectly. It is listed in the Scroll of Seals, but still some advanced ninjas know this technique. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu; the main function is to create clones.
Disspell
Taijutsu-
Konoha Reppuu
This is one of the basic TaiJutsu that Rock Lee knows. It is a very simple, yet effective technique, which can be used for anybody who comes charging with a direct attack. As with every other TaiJutsu, this technique requires no hand seals or chakra to be raised.
Konoha Senpuu
This is probably Rock Lee's signature move, although it is taught to him by Gai. It is a combination of speed, strength, and the element of suprise, as well as the perfect move to link up with other aerial attacks.
Shishi Rendan
A Taijutsu technique following the Kage Konoha Buyou (Shadow Leaf Dance), putting both the ninja and their opponent in the air, giving the attacking ninja the advantage. Four separate blows are delivered: a roundhouse kick, followed by a powerful backhand blow.
Shoushitsu
A Taijutsu technique where the ninja braces against the ground and drives a powerful knee into their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique can be devastating.
Hijutsu-
Koori Hishu Shuhou no jutsu (Ice dagger technique): A Technique that
she uses to raise ice daggers as sharp as steel out of the ground and
attack anyone she chooses. (Made-up)
Koori Hei no jutsu (Ice wall): A technique that
creates an ice wall that protects her and if she wants encircles the
enemy so she can escape. (Made-up)
Koori Yuki Arashi no jutsu (Ice snowstorm): She can
create a snowstorm as fierce and deadly as she wants or as light and
harmless as she wants.(Mae-up)

Poison Resistance
You are able to resist Poisons easily.
Empatic and Telepatic link
You can comunicate with the animals related to which you summon. (For Ashi it's dogs). Good side, You can talk to the animals whenever you want, and bad: You can feel when one of them is dying and when they die.
Doujutsu-
Kuchiyose no Jutsu:
Laberazum (Teller of secrets) - By gazing in to the eyes of the wictim, the user can dig in to the secrets of the wictim, and reveal from, lost memory to the most secret desire. A wery effective jutzu, for information gathering. Of cause the wictin can cancel it by simply looking avay, or closing his eyes.
Zeebaru (The third eye) - This is the main power of the Enimara. As it is in the blood, it is active all the time. It causes the user to see things as thay are, and thereby canceling most Genjutsu. As time comes to the user, thay start seeing more than just what is true. Thay start to see what others cant see about the world around them. It makes them kind of immune to Genjutsu, as thay can cancel it at will. Zeebaru cant be seen, but leaves burnmarks around the users eyes, and thereby reveals it's precense.
Tiza-meko (The clouding mind) - By focusing on the world as it is seen by the user, it creates an increasing amount of power to the user. The user becomes abel to not just canceling Genjutsu, but allso take controle of it, and manipulate it as she wants. By using this jutsu, the user can allso create Genjutsu, so real that that pepol take actual damage from it. The damage is mesured by the amount of chacra thats used.
Aberaka-meko (Binding fool) - An ekspanded vertion of the Tiza-meko, that allows the user to make a simpel Genjutsu, become real. Combined with the Zeebaru, this can be an extreamly dangerus power, and should only be used my experienced users.
Fuuinjutsu- Koori (Bloodlimit) She can summon someone who is dead to aid her in the destruction. Only extremely powerful ninjas can use it(Hokages). It's a way to conect your heart with the opponets heart and not die.
Bakuretsufuu
A Fuuinjutsu (sealing technique) where a seal is placed upon a piece of paper, creating an effect upon the paper that causes an explosion. These seals can be made in the field, but are more commonly bought by or given to ninjas as equipment, like kunai and shuriken.
Gaia Fuuin
Similar to the Tenfuuin (Heaven Seal), this Fuuinjutsu (sealing jutsu), placed upon the chest, gives the ninja increased power. The full extent of its powers have not yet been seen, but may include physical self-manipulation.
Goguoufuuin
This is a very powerful and foribdden sealing Jutsu, which is used to seal over even numbered seals. However, before going into further detail, I will explain some simple facts about seals. All sealing Jutsus use symbols; there are many numerous symbols in each seal.
