Chizuko screamed and fell on her face when Shadow's thoughts entered her head. "Ow... I should have expected that. Did I forget I was in a conversation? Hm...." she said as she got up and saw the bird fly down the hall and up some stairs. She chased it but tripped on the first step. "Damn. Why am I so clumsy all of a sudden? Maybe I should go back inside before I kill myself. Lord..." she said to herself as she watched the bird fly up the remaining steps. Lucky you.... you can fly..... she then remembered that Shadow could hear her thoughts and she quickly covered up. I was thinking about a bird that I saw. Just in case you were confused. Anyway, wow. I'm sorry... Humans can be a royal pain in the a**. she thought to him as she sat on the corner of the step, unwilling to move because of her aching legs.

Shadow heard something fall on the floor below. it's ok.He thought as he got up and walked out his apartment door. Suddenly a bird flew into him."Easy little guy."He said as he held the bird. The bird soon settled down and flew up onto his shoulder. He then walked down the hall and turned to go down the stairs when he seen Chizuko."Holy crap, you live in this apartment to?"He asked with shock.

Chizuko's head was rattled, but she managed to hear what Shadow had said. "Yeah." she said. How the hell can that bird cling to him? We're both part cat and it flew away from me. Before I chased it! she thought as she noticed the bird on Shadow's shoulder. She stared at the ground, worn out from the two falls. I shouldn't be sitting here, this stairs are dirty. Like, filthy; and I'm in my pajamas. she thought as she grabbed the railing and pulled herself up.

"so you live on the fourth floor?"Shadow as asked walks down to Chizuko. The bird hops next to his neck."It's alright."He said to the bird. The bird then flew and landed on Chizuko's shoulder.

Chizuko stared at the bird as it landed on her shoulder. "Aw, it's cute. Only got to see it's wings and butt when I was chas-." she then knew that she was rambling and answered Shadow's question. "Oh, uh, no. I don't live on the fourth floor, I live on the third. Well, this floor." she told him. Huh... chasing that bird was fun until I fell. Twice. Heh.. she thought to herself as she placed her feet back on the floor, not the step for fear she would fall off it. "I'm assuming that you must live on the fourth floor, though. Am I right?" she asked him.

"Yea i live on the fourth floor."Shadow said rubbing the back of his neck. He then remember he was still carrying the box that had the telepathy chip in it."Oh here's the box that carried the telepathy chip."He said as he showed it to her.

Chizuko stared at the box. "You weren't kidding. You just better hope that the clerk was right about that being the only one. If not, think carefully." she told him. The bird pecked her in the neck. Probably hungry. If it is, it should fly away, nutty little thing. she thought as the bird kept pecking her "Ow. If you're hungry, go. Stupid. Shoo! Shoo!" she turned her head and blew on the bird, making it chirp and fly away. She rubbed her neck. "What was it's problem? Just 'cause I chased it down the hall.....?" she wondered, still rubbing her neck.

"Maybe."Shadow said. he noticed that the sun almost completely set. "i guess i'll see you whenever we meet again."He said as he began to go back up the stairs to his apartment. Hey Chizuko, when are the group meetings?He thought to Chizuko, so no humans would hear.

Chizuko nodded. "Okay, see you!" she said to him as she walked back down the hall towards her apartment. Uh, every two weeks. So not next week, but the week after that. she thought as she opened her door and walked inside to go wash her shorts. "Ugh.... I never knew how dirty those stairs were until now. God it's ******** black! Now what am I gonna wear to bed? It'll probably take an hour in the washer and another hour in the dryer, knowing how crappy they are. Well, I wish that I could just rinse the dirt off, but it's ground in there. From that time of sitting on the step and from a couple days ago. Okay.... Plus, I haven't worn these PJs in forever, but I haven't washed them in forever either. Probably got that closet's smell all over them." she said to herself as she slipped out of her shorts and threw them in the washer, setting it for one hour and putting in the detergent. She walked over and lounged on her couch, careful this time not to land on her remote.

 The next morning, Sabine woke up and stretched her muscles. This place is like a home to me, she thought to herself. The humans won't sell an apartment to a neko, and I don't have the money for I house. But I don't mind, 'cause this place rocks! Sabine walked over to the breakfast bar and poured herself a bowl of Nek-O's, a breakfast cereal specially designed for nekos by an understanding human. "I'm glad there are humans out there that care about us," Sabine said to no one in particular. "Otherwise I'd hafta eat cat food!" She giggled and continued eating her cereal.
Sabine turned on the TV and began to watch whatever channel came on. Just her luck, the cooking channel was on. "Ick! Human food is not my style!" she exclaimed, changing the channel to the news. The morning headlines flashed across the screen, nothing in particular catching Sabine's eye. Suddenly, a breaking news report interrupted the program. She watched with interest, wondering what perils plagued the humans today. She was completely unprepared for what was being shown. "Some teenage boys were found near death on Main Street today. They told us that they were brutally attacked for no reason by a female neko that appeared to be around 16. From the information they provided us with, we were able to draw this illustration." A near-perfect color sketch of Sabine flashed across the screen. "If you see this neko or have any information on the incident, call 9-1-1 immediately. Your help is greatly appreciated. This is Bob Slavabobapapavich, Palm News." And just like that, the report ended. Sabine gaped at the TV in shock. "What liars! Those gang members came at me and I merely gave them a scare to get them away from me! They probably faked the entire thing! But who's going to believe a neko? I'M DOOMED!!!" Sabine exclaimed, passing out in her chair.

(Gah! Sorry I was gone so long...I had to go to wisconsin for a week...ill just skip my character ahead a bit for the Rp) ♪♫Shiroi Kokoro♪♫
Shiroi aimlessly wandered the streets as usually. Chizuko's words echoed in her head"A tattooed map on my arm...its sounds like a good idea"She muttered. She soon came to her apartment building but a deep growling and barking made her pause. Shiroi turned around to see large dog. Its breed was unreconizable. She probed its mind only to find disgusting and sickening thoughts. "Nice doggy..."She said quietly, fear showing in her voice. Shiroi was extremely small and light for her age. A normal human would mistake her for an 8 year old. She let out a small hiss and then took off running towards the door. She slammed it opened and ran up the stairs. A familiar scent hit her nose. Shiroi turned the corner and ran behind Shadow. She jumped on his back and hissed at the incoming dog,her ears pressed flat against her head.

 ~~~Damionica~~The Evil Blessing~~~Damionica woke screaming. She had been having a dream and it ended with her being suffocated. She scrambled to clear her face, but she realized she had fallen asleep with her book on her face. ...i wish i hadn't done that.... she thought as she stretched and wailed towards her mirror. When she looked up at the mirror she screamed again and dropped her book. .....No!...my face...and such a horrible paragraph too.... She wailed in her head. She started scrubbing her face vehemently. "I really don't want to have to use my talent to fix this...." She said as she finally got rid of most of it.

By the time she had finished scrubbing her face, she had a giant red mark on her face. Her entire left cheek was almost glowing red. "ugh! and i have to go shopping today." She went to her closet, got her outfit for today, changed into it, and went to go out the door. "Time to go shopping!"

When Shiroi jumped on Shadow's back he sensed something was following. The dog turned the corner and charged at them. "Don't even think about it."he said as his aura changed from calm to protective. The dog sensed the drastic change in aura and stopped its charge and laid down in submission."Are you alright Shiroi?"He asked.

Chizuko sat up when she heard hissing and a dog barking. "What the hell?!" she asked herself as she got up and ran towards the door. Wait! I can't go out like this! I could just poke my head out of the door, though. she thought as she opened the door slightly and stuck her head out. "Hello? What happened?" a neko's scent filtered out all other scents from her nose. "Shiroi? Is that you?" she yelled down the hall, her voice floating down the hallyway, every which way. Maybe I should investigate.... she thought as she ran back inside and to her bedroom. She found her little old dance team shorts and quickly slipped them on, eager to get outside and find out what that noise was. She quickly turned around and tried to run out the door, but forgot that it was closed and slammed into it. "Ow...." she moaned as she rubbed her nose.
Chizuko quickly got up, despite the pain, opened the door and ran to the front, seeing that it was left open, she quietly slid out and ran down the hall towards Shiroi's scent. She tunred the corner and halted when she saw the dog. Oh s**t. she bit her bottom lip and stared at Shadow and Shiroi. "What happened?" she whispered to them, hoping that the dog wouldn't attack her.....you should throw them at cars.
