His eyes widened slightly as he dryly commented. "Food? Really?"

Zukota looked stern and indignant, "I would have to say that I have turned out to be pretty good at swaying peoples opinions so far. but you are probably right about Bounts and Hollows, though there are more types of humans than just Bount." He smiled to himself, "in fact, my whole position as Captain Commander is something new for me."

"That was very kind of her," he smiled, "I'll open a Senkaimon which can bring you both to soul society."

"Not much actually," Zukota pulled a communicator out of his sleeve an put it in his ear, "I'll call in the order now."
*Zukota pressed the communicator and a voice asked him what his order were.*
"I need a Senkaimon gate capable of transporting a living human sent to my location as soon as possible," he declared clearly and calmly but with a tone that said no questions needed to be asked. He instantly received a somewhat startled "yes sir" and a few moments later the gate appeared.
"Here we go; come along when you're ready," He held his hand toward the doorway that appeared from thin air.

I'd rather be forgottenPeara stared at it suspiciously, "There won't be a bunch of shinigami waiting on the other side to kill me will there?" She sighed and approached the portal, "Not that it matters any. You could kill me anyways I suppose....." Taking a deep breath she stepped through. Than remembered for giving in

"They won't do anything... their Commander won't allow it. And even then... I would be interested to see them try to take on a Bount and a powerful, veteran Arrancar... They seem very skiddish..."
He carried the food himself. He didn't like not doing anything. It was against his values.

"they aren't skittish, they just know when to follow orders," Zukota stated as he sauntered through the gate, "if this had been a few decades ago the two of you would have been attacked on the spot, but things changed once Kurosaki got involved." He smiled thinking of the bizarre changes that had erupted in Soul Society after the arrival of the so-called substitute Shinigami. Of course, he had become a full fledged Shinigami a few years after the war; It was always a strange thought for Zukota, how did someone possessing higher than captain-class spiritual pressure know so little about Kidou that he had to go through academy level training just to figure out the most basic spells?

"Even trained dogs still shiver in the presence of a serious threat. They would cower if presented against a wolf." He smirked at his comparison of himself to a wolf.
"If you or a Captain wasn't right behind them they would be cautious to attack me. And possibly even her... but you're right... that human changed plenty of things everywhere... Hueco Muendo is... livelier now. More hollows are about now that the Aizen and his cronies are gone." He continued to follow the two younger immortals.

(A/N: when i use the term bicker i mean it in a sibling word spat kinda way. plus i'm feeling a tad bit out of element. i haven't rp'd in frikkin' forEVER. so please for give the short posting.) "And as for the devotion versus the fear, really it depends upon the squad, the Shinigami under the Shihoin family's control tend to throw themselves at any threat," he rubbed his forehead in frustration, "they are devoted to a degree that I can hardly grasp, in all my years of being involved with the protection of the royal family I had heard of the countless deaths suffered by their members, it wasn't until I got this position that I got the exact total."

Zukota looked to the girl in a somewhat startled fashion, "actually, with my inner hollows powers I do have a bit of a psychic tendency, though it has been coming to me in phases and at odd times." He shook his head in disbelief, "as for the Shihoin family, they are legendary in Soul Society, their members are often seen dressed up like ninjas, you rarely see anyone of low rank without their face covered in cloth."
