Well that's fine. If he doesn't post in the crew sub-forum by tomorrow [or later tonight in our time, depending on my mood] I'm going to demote him. I won't bother sending him a PM about this, he should know what his duties are.

I feel guilty for causing this fiasco. But perhaps we should still follow through with his character's suspension-- for the time being. Then while he's in recuperation, the duties can be passed to the Lieutenant. If he proves to be inactive for a week, then his character will be demoted.
I know I'm being to lenient with this matter, and I apologize.

Don't be, Dante. I don't even think we have any character to suspend. We hasn't posted his captain's profile yet, unless he'll be using the same character of course. But the profile he has now is still the lieutenant one.
Don't apologize for being lenient. That's why there are a lot of us here to give our views on the topic, of course they'll all be different.

Really now... Some of you might not like my decision but I'll be demoting him to a regular member. I'm still giving him a chance to get his spot back though, that is if he gives me a valid reason as to why he hasn't been posting in the guild. Till then, the eleventh division will have no captain again. It won't be open for anyone else YET though.

I think a demotion for the time being is good. He hasn't set up his squad properly at all [One thread isn't set up] And he hasn't really posted much at all. We don't need inactive crew..of all things.

I wanted to know more about what's happening with Pandora wise. Are we implementing what Hiraka has said? Renji said it sounded good so is this something we should maybe elaborate on more here so I can edit my profile once and not many more times to come.

Pandora is currently in Hueco Mundo. The Espadas were only sent to the Human World to make Pandora's presence known to the Shinigami.
And what Hiraka said where? He posted a lot of times and I don't know which one. D:
As much as I'd love to elaborate more on this, I can't because I'm really sleepy. Another crew member will come here to explain the matter as soon as someone goes on~
