I feel that I have to be more bold with Saifer in order to get people to notice him...I can't just have him stand in the background and hope for someone to go up to him...

I wish there was something I could do, but then I'd feel like I'm hogging things. D:
I'm at a loss of ideas too! Sorry... maybe you can ask around and get ideas from some of the others? I'm just not thinking at the moment.

Thanks for responding! xd Well, the only booth i'm hearing about is the city watch - Vaida's OC character really didn't specify in her posts (or from what I saw) which booth she was running. The other booth I heard about was that...shadow forest warrior one-liner thing (yeah, think i'll pass on that one). The Host Club...I have no idea what that is. A google search gave me this: Quote: Hostess clubs are a common feature in the night-time entertainment industry of Japan, east Asian countries and other areas with a high east Asian population. Anyways, if you see an opening, please try to inform me if you can...at this point, i've made 3 posts and not one person has acknowledged my existence. I know people have no need to acknowledge my character and my character isn't making himself known, so that's kind of the problem I need to figure out now (that is, making him noticeable enough in the RP world).

What the s**t dude. BITCHIN' LECTURE TIME. a** IN CHAIR. You've been with us how long and you don't know the Guard from the Watch? Mihira's a scout in the army. Vaida runs the army. Vaida eats characters like yours for breakfast.
As for that forest soldier thing, I don't even think that guy knows what world he's in. We don't even have a dark forest that I know of, crew correct me if I'm wrong. The only game that really does is FE8.
You've never heard of that anime, the Auron... whatever high school host club? Our Host Club is basically a spoof off of that and as far as canon goes, it's a catering service with a good reputation. The Hostess club is something completely different. That's some kind of bakery/tavern place that hires sluts (kidding) and ganon.
Lastly, do not b***h about nobody acknowledging you when all you've done is blend into the background. But since you apparently know that, good for you. You have to do what you want for your character, period. From what I see, you're a thief. Ever think about having him become a spy? Your character might not want to, but what if he stole something and as punishment was forced into it? It's about what you want.

How would I know when I haven't read the stuff regarding who your characters are and what they're in charge of? If I haven't been posting in the same thread as them, then I don't know them all (as in i've never RPed with them so I have no clue who they are or what they do apart from the throwbacks to past excursions in the current RP).
Btw, I love Vaida's thoughts on that guy with the forest soldier booth thingie. "What the ******** is a manykete?"
Ouron Host Club? Heard of it, never watched. And I really wouldn't know that stuff...sorry.
I am not bitching about it, i'm stating fact. I am sorry it came out that way when I said it, and to be honest I figured that it would...Well, like you said (and I said previously), I do know he's in the background. He's not hiding in the shadows or atop a treetop in the wilderness though, he's standing close to where the action is. Saifer was actually meant to be a spyish sort of "Hi, i'm Chad, I can be a thief for your army now" (like from Fe6 when a random kid just joins your team and thieves for you) but from the way I had him set up in the beginning, it made him so he was excluded from any such opportunities wihtout sounding utterly ridiculous. Come now, am I supposed to have had him go up to a table and offer thieving services?
Now, interestingly enough, I was thinking about swiping something to get him some attention. If he was good enough at it not to be caught at first, then maybe someone might be impressed and offer him a job position suitable to his talents. If he sucked at it and got caught due to some hawk-eyed person (such as Vaida), it's most likely he'd be arrested as a petty criminal. Unfortunately, I can't even try the former because i'd have no idea what to steal. No one's dangling their valuables (lol) within arm's reach except for maybe Vaida with a spear strapped on her back.

Jack is nearby there with a big coat filled with pockets, try to steal from him (He'd probably catch you though* So is Wallace, I think Blaize and Sunil just reach into someones pocket. Or if you go over by the host club you have Two Kings and a Lord farting around. Joshua with all his gambling money (THAT HE GOT BACK WHEN HE LOOTED TRISTAI'S CORPSE XD)

Tempting, but there's too many eyes around >_<. He'd have to be a real idiot to...hm, well then again, he doesn't have a formal education...
Heh, but really, if no one shows any evidence of having anything valuable, he wouldn't go for it...so that's pretty much why I didn't do it earlier even though the thought occured to me. Would you risk your life going into a swarm of obviously trained and experienced soldiers for something that might not even be there?
