Des Voh If we have a break in it, I think about 2,000 would leave. Rodyn, what do you think of a separate faction of Jedi working with the Republic? I approve. It makes sense. I doubt all of them would leave the Republic on a whim. It's like being forced out of a place that you've known all your life, not to forget to mention protected with your life for years.

Alright, I'll figure out some ideas and present them too you.
Maybe make a list of specific NPCs who joined. Any ideas with who caused this break or who leads these Jedi?

I wouldn't say 2,000. Too big of a number
So, we leave it as one of the High Council, or another important Jedi backing out and siding with the Republic, while taking a contigent of Jedi with him.
I say Obi-Wan. "Our allegiance is to the Republic, to DEMOCRACY!"

Obi-wan would certainly have a large backing though. But would he really leave the Order?
The moment the Jedi left the Republic because of its change, he would too. He'd become Yoda second where Windu left.
I think Saesee Tiin and Plo Koon.

If you hadnt of already made a bio for Anakin, I'd put him as being it.
Its kind of interesting what this does to the Skywalker line.

Palps killed them both. Same with Eeth Koth.
How about Rahm Kota? Or Cin Drallig?
No no, I got it: Tholme. That way we also get Aayla Secure and Quinlan Vos

No, Plo Koon was 'allegedly' killed my order 66.
And I forgot Tiin was...
But that sounds perfect, Tholme, Vos and Asyla. Maybe.....700 jedi... or more?

Nuh uh. Palps died before order 66 was given, in this rp. Koon lives.
I like the idea of Tholme leading the breakawya. He'd die soon anyway, at which point the new head becomes a master who went along with him, or Quinlan. I see Quinlan as being second-in-command, parallel to Obi-Wan.

Exactly, so Palps didn't Kill Plo Koon. I still call bullshit that he took out three High Council members like nothing.
But yes, that works great. But what about the numbers, or its order, name, motto maybe.
Do they work as the Remnants fist or just work along side it as a miltant order of monks?

Dark lord of the Sith fighting four Jedi who had no idea what they had just stepped in. Had it been the Great Sith War or the New Sith Wars, those four high council members would have mopped the floor with Palps. As it is, the Jedi had rarely faced a true sith, and probably never battled a real Dark Lord of the Sith for a Millenia.

The Repubulic Order aka Republic Knights ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Grand Master of the Order Tholme Grand Master T'ra Saa Master Quinlan Vos Knight Aayla Secura 750 other force users
Essentially, they're the Jedi, all pros and cons included. The difference is, they serve the Republic before the Order, and are loyal to the Republic (and by extension Supreme Chancellor/Senate) above all.
@ Cale/Des- Palps is a badass. He's a Sith Lord, who trained to kill and defeat the Jedi. Noone in that room, and practically noone in the Jedi Order, trained to fight other lightsaber duelists, much less Sith Lords.

Thats true, but I expected better of Tin at least.
Alright, nifty. That gives people an alternative if they wish to play a Jedi.

Yep. They're basically Imperial Knights, save that their leader isn't the leader of the Republic/Empire
