Bio:Before she met Ran, Chen was basically a wanderer around Gensokyo who was adopted by Ran and she made Chen her shikigami. Chen was guarding the village of Mayohiga during the events of Perfect Cherry Blossom. Unfortunately, she could put up little resistance due to being far away from her master.
Later, she guards the path to Ran Yakumo, and is much more powerful due to her master's proximity.
Since the events of Perfect Cherry Blossom and the other games she has become a bit more powerful. But to become powerful enough to fight on her own she needs to learn to stop relying on Ran.
Sample Post: It was mid-afternoon and Chen was enjoying a nice nap in the sun, parts of her body covered by shade from the leaves of the tree she was under. She was pulled into what could only be a ball with her tails against her body. This was probably her favorite time of year, late Spring. The snow and the cold were gone and the sun was shining. It was days like this that she didn't feel like guarding the path to Yukari's house or anything else that Ran asked her to and just wanted to relax… so that's exactly what she was doing.
Suddenly a gust of wind came and a leaf from the tree she was under fell and brushed against her right ear, causing it to twitch slightly but still she rested on until suddenly she heard a rush of wind as someone had flown by causing her to jump to her feet in high alert as she looked around startled.
"Oh!? Who was that?"
She looked around curiously trying to find the source of the disturbance. She was a good hunter and began to track the scent in the air and silently followed after the person, the curious nekomata wanted to investigate and get rid of whoever it was that was trying to intrude.

I think it's fine. Yeah, the bio's a bit short, but really, Chen doesn't have too much of a canon backstory. She's Ran's shikigami. That's about it.
I also think it's vaguely amusing that two of your quotes come from the Yakumo Chen Manzai. I guess that manzai did do more than pretty much anything else to define Chen's personality to the fanbase.

Yellow Tremor Step - Stops the ground, sending out a yellow-colored blast of Qi along the ground towards the enemy. Spellcards: Colorful Sign [Rainbow Wind Chime] (Level 2) - Meiling twirls around, rainbow Qi twisting around her in a colorful tornado about as tall as her, dealing damage to those she touches with her Qi. While not that strong, Meiling is able to move around(albeit slowly).
Chi Sign [Star Pulse Burst] (Level 3) - Meiling gathers together a great amount of Blue Qi, and the proceeds to make a large sphere of it before firing it at the enemy.
Strike Sign [Great Peng Fist] (Level 4) - Meiling charges up her Qi in her fist, the delivers a powerful upward punch(similar to Red Cannon) to the enemy, and unleashes the Qi in a burst, sending the enemy flying into the air with a blast of colorful light.
Flowery Sign [Colorful Light Lotus Flower Palm] (Level 6) - Meiling charges forwards, and thrusts her palm into the enemy, dashing past(even though it looks like through) her opponent before striking a badass pose while the enemy takes great damage as colorful lights burst from the striking point in the form of the light spectrum, before exploding in a burst of Qi. Not much is really known about her before that, though it is believed to be that Remilia saved her(from some fate unknown) and Meiling has felt indebted to Remilia since. She dutifully watches the gate...unless she's napping or reading manga. Sample Post: Quote: [Hong Meiling: SDM: Gate] "..." Hong Meiling. "..." Guardian of the gate to the Scarlet Devil Mansion. As Sakuya walked away and into the mansion to finish her cleaning, Meiling looked up into the sky, smiling. Yes, today was definitely going to be a good day. And then she pulled out a manga she had borrowed from Remilia, and flipped through the pages, giggling every-so-often as she did so.

Personality: A would-be-knight bound by honor and valor, he gave an oath many years ago to protect and serve the people. He studied alongside his brother for years before deciding to become a knight, and so he is rather intelligent for one. Analytical to a fault, he often has trouble making decisions because of how far he over thinks the consequences. He has a rather vivid sense of humor, and his wit is unmatched. Appearance: Vereor is 6-foot-2 and lean, with somewhat pale skin and piercing-blue eyes. His hair is close-to-medium, straight and somewhat messy, reaching just to his neck, and colored pitch black, clashing with his light skin and bright eyes. He wears a black, skin-tight undershirt, covered by a long, buttoned-up trenchcoat that is a dark crimson in color, almost black. Its collar is kept up around his neck, and the ends of the sleeves have small leather bindings around the wrist. It is buttoned from the middle of the chest down to his waist, where it opens up to allow leg freedom; from the waist down, there are two cuts that separate the tail of the coat into a left, back, and right section. Bio: Kaida has very little to make note of as far as her past goes. She was born outside of Gensokyo and lived with close family and friends in the modern world. She eventually grew weary due to the lack of magical influence and sought a better place to live. One night she somehow managed to dream her way into Gensokyo and quickly adapted to her new home. Sample Post: Quote: "Hey, Haru! Cut it out!" Kaida grabbed the pebbles at her side and began throwing them up at her brother. He was sitting above her in the peach tree, dropping overly ripe fruit on her. The mushy spheres spat juice on her as they landed, making her hair sticky. "Well, quit your sleeping and do what you came out here to do. Ma wants those peaches." Haru grinned, hanging upside down on the limb, his legs bent over it. "I wasn't sleeping!" Kaida argued, throwing more pebbles, "I was enjoying the breeze." "So that wasn't snoring I heard? Or maybe that breeze was your own flatulance--augh!" A larger sized rock met Haru's side and bounced off. He winced and rubbed where she'd beamed him before climbing down out of the tree. "You sure are rude." "You sure are whimpy." Her brother murmured in a high pitched voice in poor imitation of Kaida before saying, "Yeah-yeah, just get the peaches and finish the rest of your chores or dad will be mad." "What's he going to do? Beat me with his walker?" Kaida snorted, resting back against the tree again. Haru suddenly grew solemn. "They are getting older, you know . . ." Kaida sighed, softening. "Yeah . . . I know." They were dragons, but even dragons didn't live forever. It had probably been years since her father had been flying. Her mother was still as spry as ever, but even she was slowing down. That's why she moved back to the farm. She and Haru were going to take care of them until it was finally time. Whenever that time was, she would be there. At least she thought she would.

Well, the thing is, in Touhou, Dragons, even more than Oni, are Serious Business. They're basically a race of over-gods with near endless powers of creation. They haven't shown up in Gensokyo since the Hakurei Barrier was erected. I'm not saying you can't play a Dragon if you want but you should be aware that it's kind of a big deal if you do. Given your character profile, an other youkai species might be more appropriate. If you want to keep the 'Dragon' aspect of your character, we could maybe say that there's a race of Youkai living in Europe that are the source of the legends of the princess kidnapping giant lizard variety of Dragon. We could call them 'False' or 'Lesser' Dragons. I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be pedantic but . . . that's how I see it. Your character doesn't sound much like a Dragon as the setting describes them.
