Mellira and the group of people got to her room, it was the same as they always fixed it, the sheets neatly placed on the bed with an extra blanket folded on the end. The white lamp on the stand with a glass of water and a small paper cup with a few pills in it. She wondered why they always seemed to keep everything exactly the same. She went into the room after being shoved by one of the men who didnt look like they really belonged. She walked over and sat on her bed as one of the nurses spoke, the nurse had said something about her doctor coming later on to make sure she'd taken the pills and wasnt causing a mess, thankfully the nurses left after that. Mellira took the pills and hid them in the pocket of her black hoodie. She layed down on the bed and wondered where here razor blade was, well it was probably a good thing because if they found her with it again they'd most likely add another pill to her collection.

Mellira looked up and smiled a bit seeing the one face that she could actually remember. "its...well its a wrist" she said then looked at it not really knowing what to reply. She sat up a bit and rubbed her head a little "how in the world did you defeat your door back there?" she asked not caring for how the other conversation was going and she really wanted to know. She'd not seen anyone do that before. Well not here at least.

Mellira smiled, he was a smart person. Though she wondered why they would give him or any of them a knife, usually when she asked for one they'd give her a plastic butterknife. She wondered how they could call him blank when he seemed like one of the most exciting people she'd met yet. "thats exciting, they dont give me real knifes...only pills and plastic crap" she said rubbing her forehead a bit.

Mellira's eyes got wide "You did Not" she said and leaned over and reached her hand into his pocket. She might be a little insane but thats one of the few things she calls her own. She couldnt find it so she sat down again and looked at her wrist which was sitting on her lap.

Mellira smiled taking it happily. "m-maybe you should hold onto this, I dont need them taking it away from me too" she said handing it back to him. She held his hand smiling. She reached her other hand into her pocket and felt the random pills, she didnt like them at all. Mellira took them out of her pocket for a moment and tossed them aside under the bed.

Mellira heard something outside the door and let go of Riders hand when she realized it was only a book that someone had slipped under the door. She walked over and picked it up bringing it over to where she was sitting before. She could read, but not much and all she was used to reading for the past years were the charts the doctors had put at the end of her bed. She traced the title though as if that were how she read it. She smiled and held onto Riders hand again, she didnt know why but she liked having someone else with her. Maybe it was because she was so used to being alone that now she was afraid she might lose her new friend like she had the last. She opened the book and closed it again seeing all the words. She sat the book down between them and smiled "you know, your one of the best friends that I can remember" she said not knowing how it sounded after she said it, but in her head it sounded like she wanted it to.

Mellira smiled back, she liked those stories. She didnt understand how they could make it more future like and what not. She was just glad she had a friend now. Maybe they could read the book together she thought smiling to herself.

Mellira smiled holding his hand and held it tightly. "oh that would be wonderful" she said squeezing his hand a bit.
