Yuki gasped out of surprise when she felt a pair of arms encircle her waist. Looking back, she saw it was obviously Tsukiko; certainly thoughts to the contrary were preposterous. Thinking the girl once more needed comforting, Yuki attempted to loosen her grip so she could turn around, but stopped abruptly when Tsukiko began to talk. At first she was confused as tot he topic at hand, but it quickly revealed itself; she was speaking of her own origins. Yuki could act in surprise as Tsukiko astutely analyzed everything about that situation, breaking it down to a science and analyzing both sides of the argument. She was right; it wasn't something they had thought of. She and Hei had been too afraid to reveal the truth to anyone else. So blinded were they by this fear that ended taking out on their daughter who certainly deserved to know the truth. When all was said and done, Yuki turned to watch Tsukiko close the door, dividing them. She pressed herself up against the door and spoke to her through it. "Tsuki... There's nothing freakish about you, you're a beautiful girl. No, I should say woman, shouldn't I? That's how old you look after all. You've grown up too fast, I think... Six years old and with this body. But no matter, it's your body after all you've certainly matured enough to have that right. I miss being able to coddle you though, like I could back when you were little. You're wrong though, we didn't even consider your feelings at the time. We were far too concerned with how others would see us to even see how it may affect you. We should have told you when you were brought back. I'm so sorry... You've been such a good girl these past years... Listen... I'm going to go to bed, you're always welcome to spend the night if you're not feeling up to leaving for your sleeping chambers. Well... good night dear." With this, Yuki turned on her heel and quickly cleaned up the remaining debris on her bed and threw away the broken glass. Once this was done, she found a spare bed sheet, and tacked it to the wall for a makeshift cover, slid into bed and drifted off to sleep.

Tsukiko smiled to herself as Yuki replied to her. She had just stepped out of the bath as Yuki stopped making noise in her bedroom. By the time she had dried off using a spare towel, gathered her clothes, and exited the bathroom, Yuki was already asleep. Strolling across the bed room she flicked her finger at the sheet and erected a Kyomon over it, pinning it to the wall and serving as an actual wall; far more suitable than the sheet. "Beautiful, huh? Sweet dreams, mother." She had reached the door and was preparing to flick the switch to darken the room, but her eyes fell on Elisia's note. Seeing it only added to Tsukiko's bottled up stress and lingering sadness. Cure... that word echoed in her head as if it had actually been verbally relayed to her. Cure; her state of being wasn't a disease. The poor girl actually believed that something other than Hei could fix Yuki. With a downcast stare, Tsukiko grabbed Hei's discarded Reiryoku Yokuatsu Gaitō and draped it over her body. Flooding the room with black, Tsukiko whisked herself out the door, shutting it behind her.

Entering her former office which was now no more than her bedroom, Yuki breathed out a large sigh, tossing Rei onto her bed. Her hands flew to her bra's clasp, unhooking it and baring herself to her own room. After tucking her hair behind her ears, the captain rubbed her forehead, located a half shirt she had laid out on her bed, and slipped into this. The shirt was modified slightly to act like a bra for movement reasons. She felt a little dirty, but she had no time to bathe. She had to get in contact with Rei immediately if she was going to be in the right shape to fight this Exaequare leader that Tsukiko was going on about. A few moments after rummaging through her closet, she pulled out a rather heavy box that she set on her bed and opened up. Inside was a silverish sash that was semi-soft to the touch, yet quite heavy. The item in question was a Ginjōhan, a steel sash worn under armor, but in her case, it was going to replace the upper part of her Shihakusho. She spent the next several moments wrapping the steel sash around her torso, excluding her arms, in much the same way she used to secure her breasts with bandages. The addition to her attire was so she could get used to fighting with this heavy object on before removing it to gain speed. Once this was fully secure, Yuki moved about in her room, obtaining her jewelery to complete her ensemble. These included, a pair of earrings, two bracelets that were silver and blue (one for each wrist), a bangle for her upper left arm and below it a silver ring, and finally, a ring to go on her pinky that matched the one on her left ring finger given to her by Hei. Some might see all these accesories and excess baggage, but they had pratical uses such as being used as catalysts for Utsusemi rather than lose an important piece of clothing. Her bracelets, on the other hand, were tied in with her Bankai. Yuki picked up her katana and abandoned her room; she would obtain a Haori before reaching her next destination.

After she pushed the door to her bedroom shut, Yuki breathed a sigh and flicked the light switch to ON, illuminating her previously darkened room. "I hope she finds happiness, she certainly needs it and deserves it more than most people." Muttering to herself, Yuki abandoned her top, robes, and undershirt, stripping down to her underwear, only to lose those articles of clothing within the next few seconds. She was still a mess, wounds that had long since healed left behind flaky blood as a reminder of their prior existence. At least now she could shower; she had left those two to their vices because she had more important things to do. No, not more important, just things that had to be done. Despite saying that she was going to go to see Tsukiko with Elisia, she had quickly changed her plans once she learned just exactly who the girl had feelings for. It had been easy to lose Elisia; she didn't get to be the most proficient Hōhō user in the Soul Society by not being able to slip away unnoticed while traveling between destinations. A mere change in direction as they were closing in on the 12th Division's Training Room and she had been able to slip away. Yuki figured it was best to let them work it out by themselves because after all, having her mother around while she was trying to work out her feelings for someone would certainly be awkward for Tsukiko.

Stepping into her shower and running her hands through her quickly soaked hair, Yuki stared at the tile as she thought about the potential for this relationship of theirs. Hopefully, and she wished this with all of her heart, Tsukiko could find solace in Elisia's arms. She needed it badly, because despite how she acted, she was still very torn up about the whole Fujiiro incident. For whatever reason, Yuki had decided to let her work this out on her own and from what she had felt a while ago, it hadn't gone so well. Despite knowing that it was terrible that two Captains were letting a man get between them, even if it was Hei, she had hoped Elisia had the foresight to help Tsukiko of her slump. Actually, it was more like she had total faith that Elisia could do that.

Yuki's daze faded out as she finished washing herself and stepped out of the shower to dry. A few minutes later and she was in clean panties, had her towel around her neck and draped over her breasts, and had completely dry hair. After tossing her clothes into the washing machine Hei had engineered to complete a full cycle in minutes, she slid into her bed, sitting up against the back wall and staring out out of the window and at the sky as she contemplated her next course of action. Tetsunosuke still needed a promotion, but that would have to wait until he was up and about again, meaning that he would have to come find her once he had exited the Jinzen state. Currently her Bankai was running on about forty minutes, which was more than most people could wish for. When the washing machine dinged a few moments later, Yuki took this opportunity to practice her wind control. Utilizing the wind, she opened the machine's door, removed her clothes and shut the door, opened the dryer, dropped her clothes inside, shut that door, and turned it on, doing all of this without getting up from her seat. Breathing a sigh as she turned back to look out of her window into the lush garden she maintained, Yuki's thoughts returned to Hei. "What would you say, Hei? What would you do... Our little girl is growing up. I only wish you were here to see this." As memories of her deceased brother flowed through her mind, Yuki began to nod off, finally succumbing to less-than-apparent exhaustion that she had hidden from everyone else.

Tetsunosuke Harasawa

First Division's Lieutenant

/Enters from Div. 1/

Tetsunosuke exited his Shunpo a few feet from his destination. It seems that he should have rested before coming to see his Captain, since it was apparent by the paleness of his skin and the panting and beads of sweat, that he was not fully recovered in any sort of way. Tetsu's posture was lazily kept and his shoulders were slumped, his head bobbed forward and he looked out of it. He stopped but a few inches in front of her door to sit down -making a small thud noise- from fear of keeling over. As he sat, he felt heavy and fell flat on his back, "Just... a few... minutes, then I'll... go see her." He breathed heavily with exhaustion. Dark circles were housed under his eyes as he closed them. Inhaling through his nostril and exhaling through his mouth soon slowed as he only relied on his mouth.

Though she had only bee sleeping for a few minutes, Yuki was awoken my three things. The first, was the ping of her dryer finishing, telling her that her clothes were done. The second was Tsukiko's voice in her head, which was telling her that she had thirty minutes to be at Sōkyoku Hill before it was time to leave. The third and final noise, which happened just after the first two was the thud of Tetsunosuke hitting the floor as she sat. Groggily, Yuki cast her stare across the bedroom, then looked down at her naked self. With an annoyed groan, the woman slid down into her bed and defiantly tugged the covers over her body, ignoring the fact that Tetsunosuke was outside, and even that he was suffering. Tsukiko had told her to regain her strength, so that is what she was going to do. She reasoned that if she got up now to heal and promote the boy that she would never get the chance to sleep, leading to disastrous results later.

It wasn't until twenty one minutes had passed that Yuki finally got up out of bed, splashed some cold water onto her face to fully awaken herself, then toss her Bankai outfit back on. Once this was on, she cancelled her Bankai, causing her top and robes to vanish, replacing them with her Hakama, Haori, and Ginjōhan which served to act as the top of her Shihakushō. Three minutes later, Yuki stood in front of her full length mirror, using about four minutes of her time to brush her hair and then braid it so it was shortened to mid-back so it would be out of the way. On her desk sat a loose picture of Hei kissing her cheek, dated several hundred years back with something scrawled on the back in pen. "Love you always - Hei." A small smile spread across her face as she put it down and flicked her light off. Just as she had opened the door to her bedroom, a small kitsune, no bigger than a chipmunk, came scurrying out of the bathroom, launched itself into the air, and landed on Yuki's left shoulder.

Now in the hallway, Yuki stopped as she looked down at Tetsunosuke. "No time for congratulations or haori awards, but you're not my Lieutenant anymore. Enjoy being the 6th Division Captain; it was fun while it lasted." She said this in a hurry, her last words even more rushed as she stepped over the boy and wordlessly cast Zenji on him to remove all maladies he may have encountered and restore his Reiryoku reserves. Once she reached the end of the hall, she stopped dead in her tracks, only to produce a chocolate bar she had snagged from her desk drawer on her way out. After breaking off a corner and handing it to the small animal perched on her shoulder who greedily snatched it up and consumed it within seconds, Yuki stuck the rest of the bar in her mouth and rushed out of the building. Once outside she pressed off the ground, launched herself into the air and in three Shunpo steps, she had arrived at Sōkyoku Hill with about two minutes to spare.

Tetsunosuke Harasawa

First Division's Lieutenant

Tetsunosuke was feeling better once again, as long as he didn't push himself it seemed. His breathing was calm and he had opened his eyes to look upward. Tetsu was just thinking about random things when he suddenly felt inspired to right a poem for the first time in a really long while. Right when he was about to start thinking of how it would turn out, is when he notice Yuki was coming his way. "No time for congratulations or haori awards, but you're not my Lieutenant anymore. Enjoy being the 6th Division Captain; it was fun while it lasted." "Oro?!!" Tetsunosuke yelp from his lungs as she stepped over him. He felt the Zenji restore his body; he wouldn't bother with saying thanks since she had already left. Tetsu found his way to his feet and faced the way she left. Is eyes were lost in thought as he kept looking forward. "Dang it... she made me lose my inspiration." He scowled and kicked the wall (but didn't break anything). "Waitta minute-" Her words about him not being her Lieutenant finally re-registered in his brain again. Tetsunosuke took long strides out to where she left and followed behind her with using Shunpo, but his was hardly as developed as hers...
