"We were flying the whole way here," Isaac pointed out, unhelpfully. He shifted a bit so that he was more comfortable with Ty. He wasn't particularly heavy, but there was a bit of strain on Isaac's shoulder. "Can you please just hit the mine so we can get out of this pod?" he asked, rather resignedly.

In response to Isaac's question, amidst all of the gunshots, there was a significantly larger explosion that rattled the pod. Ty opted to ignore the point of information he had been offered. "We're good! Let's go!" He holstered his gun and put on his claws, assuming they'd be in close range as soon as he hit the ground. As soon as Isaac dropped him, he angled every point he was wearing down, ready to land and spring at the closest target.

Isaac dropped Ty, then after determining which direction Ty was going Isaac deactivated his magnets and fell, darting in the other direction so that he was covering Ty's back. He drew his twin silver blades, holding them at the ready. He was trained for this; no need to be nervous. Isaac took a deep breath and got ready to fight.

Cassandra dropped down after them, a little slow to react. Her mind felt a bit foggy, for some reason; the adrenaline wasn't sharpening things as it usually did. That was bad. She was getting sluggish, nervous, and losing focus, which was rather unusual. Usually, threats to her life sent her absolutely psycho; this didn't seem to be the case today. That was trouble.
She landed after the mine exploded, perfectly well able to hold herself up - plentifully light enough and strong enough. Landing after the others, she checked the chamber, snapped it shut, and looked for cover or opponents.

Another pod had four other Coven soldiers dropping out of it on the other side of a room. It appear that the top deck of the ship had few things of importance, probably because of the drop pods themselves.
A gaunt, ghostly-pale man with white hair, red irises, and a gun that looked like it would shatter his ribs just by being near him nodded at them, raising a pistol in his left hand and saluting briefly.
"Oy, any of you guys know the layout of this ship well enough to find the command center?" he asked. "Should be at the center of the ship, right? Like in ours? Oh, I'm operative Cameron Carlyle by the way, pleasure to meet you. I have some charges that should get us out of this empty room and into the floor below if you're interesting. Jay, Mel, over here!" he called out. Two of his compatriots approached. He tossed them a small reel of wire. "We're going through the floor, set it up?"

Cassandra vaguely saluted him back; there was no one here, and her head began to level out. She still felt foggy, which was extremely bad. Hopefully she would recover, really, really fast. She hardly had any response to give, and merely nodded, leaning against a wall and trying to recover her psych. This was all wrong, completely, utterly wrong. Where was this coming from?
She attempted again to look ahead with her third eye, looking down past the explosives to see if there was anything immediately apparent and dangerous beneath.

Ty bounded to his feet and waved at Carlyle. "Nice to meet you, too. Ty," he said, touching his chest. "I would be interested in getting out of here, if that's where we're all headed." He watched the others lay the wire down. "I take it you'll let us know how far back to get?" He turned and grinned at Isaac. "See? We're all fine. No need to wor-" He caught sight of Cassandra and immediately walked over to her. "Are you okay?" he asked with some slight concern. "Did the fall get to you?"

Cassandra shook her head, waving him off. "Somethin's off, I'll be fine," she grunted half-heartedly. It probably didn't even sound natural, but she didn't care - she needed a distraction, and looking ahead might provide such a thing.

She saw a flurry of activity - blurs of color and light obscured by magitechnological circuity. Where the magic was strongest seemed to be near the stairs, where a small group of hunters was pushing onto the second deck down. The Tyrgani were responding with a major push up another stairway now that there weren't any more pods dropping. Groups of six were patrolling the other areas.
"Just get in the center and you'll be fine, I assure you," Carlyle replied with a mildly mad grin, strapping a set of goggles on and holstering his pistol. "And... Cypher is go," he muttered, a sharp whine emerging from his rifle.
"Everyone in the middle. Uh, anyone here have some third eye goin' to the point you can see what's under us?"

Cassandra spoke up. "I just checked," she told Carlyle. "Just groups of six patrolling about, some stairs being contested. Tyrg pushing up, ours pushing down. I think we can just break through safely here."

"I'll be right there," Ty said to Carlyle, putting a hand on Cassandra's shoulder. "If you're sure. Come on - we shouldn't keep someone like that waiting." He tried to gently draw her in the direction of the wires.

"Which way should we be facing to start gunning at these patrols immediately?" Carlyle asked, spinning the detonator in his fingers as the assembled Coven members congregated within the circle.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine," she assured Ty, a little more confidently than before. To Carlyle, she said, "Face right, guns level. It'll be an easy kill if we have surprise. Tyrgani can't detect mana, right?" Cassandra asked. She readied her rifle, crouching down to be low when they hit the ground. Dammit, this was going to leave a lot of powder on her clothes and hair and s**t. This was going to suck, wasn't it? On many, many levels.

"They can't do s**t to detect mana without these," Carlyle answered, tapping his goggles. "All ready?" Without waiting for an answer, he tossed the detonator onto the wire and shot it. As it sparked, he thrust his left hand towards it and the whole wire blew. A wave of force shredded the floor, passing downwards. As they fell, Carlyle began to unload his rifle and pistol, guns akimbo, in the indicated direction.

Cassandra dropped like a stone, her knees buckling as she hit. She managed to recover, however, into an uncomfortable kneeling position. Her rifle came up to her shoulder, and she started firing in somewhat controlled automatic bursts. She wasn't sure if she was actually effectively; she hadn't focused yet, and she was still off-balance. She was basically just spraying until she was under control or dead.
This was bad.
