Oh, it definately was. But how they were stopped makes it look more like they're talking. Patchy somehow has the energy to brag about something, and Meiling's got this "Why you..." thing going on in response.
It does look like they were about to fight anyway though. Especially with them standing right in the middle of the stage.

Well, to me it looks like Patch was going to bitchslap Meiling. Of course the faint background and her pose indicate that the attack will backfire in a grand way.

Yeah, the background effect was me starting to use a spellcard, that never got out. Who knows where the match would've gone from there...
