"Both? Damn, you've got some damn healthy swimmers, don't you?" Adam laughed before holding his hand up for a high-five; after all, he was still pretty young. "Me? Kids? Nah, Blanche says she doesn't want kids for a little while. We're getting married in a year; I'm knocking her up on our honeymoon. Otherwise, her wedding dress might need just a little altering. Then again, Verdant probably wouldn't mind being the maid of honor and the seamstress."

"Not the first set of twins I've fathered," Fao said, though there was a slightly sad look in his eyes that definitely said he didn't want to talk about that. He chuckled, though, when Adam mentioned having the nymph as a maid of honor. "I'm sure our Verdi will like that."

"Ah." So, it was like that... "Well, when I thought about it, I realized he already had the clothing to be a maid of honor and he's already been Zack's best man, so I let him decide. Blanche was all for having him as maid of honor too, but she started joking about how he can't be prettier than her." Adam laughed and began getting the ink ready for the wings when Verdant gave the two of them a sarcastic laugh.
"Ha-ha-ha, you two." Verdant rubbed at his eyes and yawned before stetching his arms out like a cat. "Damn, that was a good rest! What'd I miss?"

Faolan chuckled. "Missed a few conversations. I was tellin' your friend about Elle and Farstep." He got a playful, teasing grin. "And we took turns tattooin' funny stuff on you while you slept."

Verdant gasped when he heard Faolan's last comment. "WHAT?! You assholes, what'd you tattoo?!" The nymph hopped off the table and grabbed a mirror out of Adam's cooler; he liked to keep one in there for just such an occasion. "Where is it?!"
Adam rolled his eyes and stared at Verdant as he started freaking out. "dude, we're just ******** with you; I didn't tattoo anything on you aside from your tattoos. Moron."
Verdant stopped tweaking and turned to glare at the other men, his eyes narrowing for a bit before he stuck his tongue out at them. "You guys totally suck."

Faolan laughed out loud at Verdant's reaction, one hand around his stomach and the other on the table to keep from falling over. "Eh, you know you love us anyway."

Verdant scowled before lying back on his stomach. "Yeah, I love you guys like a cold sore."
Adam chuckled and continued tattooing Verdant's tramp stamp.

"Aw, come now, Verdie, you cannae be all that made at us," Faolan chuckled, leaning over to look the boy in the eye. "You didnae beat on us or stomp outta here, yeah?" He glanced at the tattoo Adam was working on before looking back at Verdant. "Actually, it's comin' along pretty good."

"I haven't beat on you or stomped out of here yet, mister," Verdant joked as he nested back into a comfortable position. The pain felt great, but he wanted to be comfy if the pain became a little too much. "Glad to hear the tattoo's going well, though; which one are you working on, Adam?"
"I just finished your tramp stamp, actually. Time for the big one," Adam replied casually. The wings would give him the most trouble; they were pretty big, but he hoped it wouldn't be too much of a bother for him. It was almost time for Blanche to leave from work and he never liked having her around the parlor; she was so squeamish that she'd fainted when someone got their gauges stretched out.

Faolan helped himself to another beer, watching Adam work. "How'd you get in this line o' work, anyhow, Adam? Donnae seem th' sort o' thing one just wakes up one day an' decides on doin'."
