No one. The Galaxy will never be fully controlled by anyone.

Well the imperium will be reborn in the endgame, if someone would kill the emperor his spirit will be let loose in the warp. From that position he will be a new and very powerfull god, he would calm the warp and bind it to his will. (This is the reason that tzeentch doesn't want the emperor dead)
He would complete the imperial webway, with the help of the eldar, a alliance that was about to be forged but because of the horus heresy was never completed. With the imperial webway the vast armies of mankind could strike anywhere and immidiatly. Basicly the great crusade would continue and this time it would be finished, it would be the end of the chaos gods.

I think the only way mankind could win against such odds is trough the emperor. And even if the current imperium would lose and the emperor would die, that wouldn't be the end. A new great crusade would begin because the emperor, now a god in the warp wills it so.

The Necrons would destroy the Tyranids, because Necron Gauss tech is built to exterminate life, and all Tyranids have are bio-tech. The Necrons would take this fight.

If they had good reason to fight, yes, and the odds are that the C'tan would urge the Necrons to fight the 'Nids in order to keep their livestock safe.

That said, 'Nids now have reason to eat the metal men. Fluffwise, Pyrovores (or maybe Venomthropes) have mouths designed to be able to eat and dissolve metals.

Anyway necrons do not have biomass nor dna to be digested, so no real benefit for the bugs from dissolving a few bots.
Besides all of this is moot point as status quo will rule the Galaxy for as long as GW has profit to make from all the existing armies.
Expect more bloody stalemates and pyrrhic victories...

This thing has basically been narrowed down to 'crons 'n' 'nids.
thing is though, They would eventually just anihalate each other and in the end the Necrons will succeed, with no life left in the universe.
Unless the Tyranid swarm consumes them, of course.

for all those who say Crons, I wouldn't be so sure. In the Nids codex (the old and from what I've read of the new so far) it says that the Bugs find nutrients in just about everything they put in their mouths, so the Crons are definitely consumable. They also adapt faster than any other race, case in point; a battle they had with the Tau. The Tau weapons rent the Bugs flesh in the first/second skirmish, but after the bugs retreat the came back with almost a complete immunity to the Tau weapons and took over the planet (I believe this was Hive Fleet Gorgon).

Sure the Necrons have gauss and the C'tan on their side, but I'm sure the Bugs can find some way to adapt their Bio-engineering to them.

Also, don't the Tyranids pretty much live in/are created by the warp? or is that not quite proven yet? (damn the useless imperium logs xp ) in the case of the former, the only way to destroy the tyranids is to destroy the warp... which is most likely impossible x_x

THREAD NECRO MUCH?!?

1. Tyranids cannot gain immunity, or anything near immunity to any race's weapons, or else they would been the most dangerous thing in the galaxy. Ever.

2. The Hive Fleets have avoided a particular area of space, known as the Dyson Sphere, as I recall, which is where the C'tan Outsider is held, they also do not land on Death Worlds, where Necrons are entombed, mostly, because it has basiaclly no life on it. Hence the title Death World.

3. Tyranids cannot absorb Necrodermis, as it simple disappears after a battle.

4. The Tyranid Hive Fleet have a effect which is called The Shadow of the Warp, which makes astropathic contact in the local vicinity impossible/very hard. It also damages psykers. Some Tyranids have psychic abilities though, such as the Zoanthrope or Hive Tyrant.

5. The Necrons want to cut the warp off from the material plane, that means The Shadow of the Warp would be pointless.
And no one knows what else would happen if the Warp disappeared or was cut off.
