there is a bunch of other image hosting sites. One of the ones I use is called tinypic.com The nice thing about tiny pic is that they don't automatically re-size your image like photobucket sometimes does.
Im not sure if that answers your question. I wish I could have had a list or something. Chances are if you just google search image hosting, you'll find something decent in the top 10 search results.
