Valheita (For the sake of discussion, this is going to be one sided, unreasonable, and borderline troll like. Please know that I am more reasonable) First off, pay levels. Females should not get equal pay to males. Not because you're any less competent at your job, but rather because, in the event you get knocked up, the company is required to give you 3 months paid maternity leave. For this reason alone, females are a financial liability. Secondly, females should not be employed in the military. It's a known fact that males instinctively protect females. It's part of survival of the species. This means that a female team member can jeopardize an entire team's safety. This doesn't even address the fact that males are physically stronger than females on average, and have a higher peak strength than females. And I'm not going to get started on how you girls can turn into absolute bitches periodically, making the workplace an uncomfortable place to be. neutral You know who else shouldn't go to the military: Gay people why should they fight for a country who wont let them marry

I disagree with the OP. I believe that females should be treated exactly the same as males. Meaning no free drinks at bars, they should hold the door open for me as often as i do for them, they should be just as able to go to the army and get splattered all over iraq as males, and they should recieve the same pay as a male who is doing the same job at the same skill level.
HOWEVER: This is not going to happen. females are evil and will always use their powers over males to try to be able to sit back, claim they are underprivlaged, and get pampered. Males are evil and will always use their powers over female to try to keep themselves the dominant power of the workplace/army.

Well i have heard that companies pay women less than men because of all the stuff they go through with their pregnancy and menstrual stuff.
but I really don't think women need to be taken from the military. My sister was in the Marines for 8 years. she came back pretty much being a scary woman. I'd say she was scarier than a man...
