Red_Ronin MistyRose Red_Ronin MistyRose Takara stood there in shocked, not knowing what to say or do next, for this could be the end for both Runa and herself, then a thought came to her.. "Red, sir, I know we are strangers in your land, but we really do need this medicine, you can follow us to make sure that is all we are coming for and then we will take our leave from your land." said Takara. Red approached closer to this women. "What is your name female." "My name is Takara." she said. "I see. Well Takara I don't want your money for any medicine my clan may have." Quickly his sword appeared in his hand & touched the neck of Takara. "Perhaps what I want is your blood." Feeling his blade on her neck, Takara stood very still, not to show any fear, for that would show this samurai weakness, and she remembered her father clearing stating that if anyone ever put their blade upon you to stand firm... Standing there staring him in the eyes, Takara just stood there waiting for his next move.

Then she bowed and went to her horse, but this whole time in her mind she kept thinking that she knew this guy but how for this was the first time they met face to face...

I breathed a sigh of relief as I mounted my horse and watched the army of men leave. I relaxed my hand off the hilt of my sword and looked at Takara, "That was very close," I whispered, "Shall we continue then"?

Angel87309 I breathed a sigh of relief as I mounted my horse and watched the army of men leave. I relaxed my hand off the hilt of my sword and looked at Takara, "That was very close," I whispered, "Shall we continue then"? Mounting upon her horse, Takara watched the men leaving then she said, "Yes that was a close one, let's get going we don't have much time left." They continued on with their mission, riding as fast as they could to get to the village..

We didnt have long to ride before reaching the village. We slowed down and quickly found the store that would have the medicine we need. I got off my horse and tied her to a pole. "Coming Takara," I said and we entered the store

"Coming Takara," I said and we entered the store Jumping off her horse, Takara tied her horse next to Runa's horse, making sure that she still had the pendant that Red had given to her. Seeing the store owner behind the counter, Takara asked him, "Sir, I need a pound of scorpion blood. Do you have any?" The owner replied, "See I do have scorpion blood, but what are you needing it for and most of all where are you from, for I can tell you aren't from here?"

Takara stood her ground once again and said, "Yes we aren't from around here but I've been given this pendant granting me the ability to shop here in your village and to get the supplies that I need.
Then she took out the pendant to show the store owner. Seeing his reaction, she thought to herself that samurai named Red must be indeed a mighty warrior to get such a reaction just from a pendant of his.
He said, "So its a pound of scorpion blood, is that correct?"
"Yes that's correct, sir." Takara answered. Then she looked around the store while he went to get it for them. Takara saw Runa looking at some weapons and other equipment. Going over towards her, Takara again stopped for she had a funny feeling that someone was watching them, she turned around to see the owner just watching her as he was getting the blood. Hummm that's strange thought Takara.
Then she looked at the pendant in more detail, something about this pendant reminded her again about that guy in her past, she shooked her head and laughed at herself, for the thought she had was stupid, "how can that be for this guy from my past wasn't a great warrior as this man named Red is."
"Ma'am here is the blood you needed, is there anything else?" asked the owner.
"No, that's all is needed, here is your pay." said Takara as she handed him the payment.."Runa, let's get going before it gets dark."
With the supplies in her hand Takara and Runa mounted their horses and headed back to the forest area....

As Takara and Runa was heading back to the forest area, they could see in the far distance another sand cloud.
"Runa do you think that could be the same group of samurai's or another group?" asked Takara, as they continued riding their horses as quickly as possible.

"I...Im not sure...I dont think its the last scorpian group we met. The way they were headed was deeper in the desert. We are heading back out, I don't know what that is, but lets try to avoid it", I said and gave another quick kick to the horse to go faster, "lets hurry...".

They rode thru the desert land as quickly as possible, seeing the wooded area just ahead of them, Takara looked over her shoulders, and said, "Runa we are almost to the forest, so far so good."
