"Um..." Tiffany had to think of a response. Fast. "I don't know... you guys like... won the challenge, right? I don't think I'd be comfortable staying in a cabin full of gloating Seagulls..." She looked at Emilie sheepishly. "I'm sorry, but... It was a really thoughtful offer," she said, smiling a bit. She didn't really want to stay in the Seagulls cabin, nonetheless Emilie's bunk. If Noel would offer his, however... The lame-a** excuse she'd come up with would make it acceptable for her to accept the offer. Snuggling into his sheets - that probably smelled exactly like that gorgeous Brit - and waking up in his bed? That would probably be the highlight of her entire TDA experience; It seemed as of now that he may be taken. But that's what Emilie thought - definitely not a thought that would stay in Tiffany's head long.

Needing some solitude and a place to work, Lizzy padded through the woods with her bag of art supplies. She had her hood up over her head, but her glasses still stuck out rather notably. She seemed to be eying the location very carefully, as if looking for something in particular. Those silly artists, needing the "proper lighting" and junk like that.

The artist seriously hoped that nobody would be out here at this time. The last thing she wanted was any social interaction. Just her and her art supplies, that's all she wanted.

Carmen was feeling irritatingly bored, AGAIN. Geez... She wished while this camp wasn't designed like most camps. She wished someone had classes on how to do something.. or some form of extra curricular activity to keep the mind and self busy. But... no.... She was just.. stuck.. on an island.. with no internet. Maybe she could find that pyro guy.. someone who set things on fire had a way to find stuff to do right?

Then, as she had climbed up onto a big branch on a tree in the forest. She heard someone walking around. Well, it's not like the forest belonged to Carmen. It was a free zone. Anyone could go there. She hung her tail down so the smaller bird tattoo on it might give a flying immitation.

After waiting a moment and noone shooting it, and after noone attempted to yank on her tail. She figured it was safe. She gripped the branch and swung down, her short as it was skirt flying up a little. Luckily, noone was there to see, so there would be no need for cencors.

Well, she thought noone was there. Lo and behold.. who was that off yonder? Was that someone from her cabin? She moved in to take a better look; moving slow and gentle, like a bird skittering across the forest floor.

Lizzy was just about to sit down. She was JUST about to get started sketching, since this particular tree had a rather artistic curve to it.

When she got a faceful of Audio crotch. The coon-marked Audio blinked, then paused to rub at her eyes, which left some more smudges on the inside portion of the lenses. When she looked back up again, the mystery crotch was gone (or at least out of sight).

If she was not so aware of how things usually worked in horror movies and the likes, she might have been tempted to call out a questioning "Hello?" Yet, that was the one way to make sure that something found you. So instead, she shrugged and set her pack of supplies on the ground. Though her sketchpad was already out, she did not have the proper tools for sketching out. So she'd have to start digging through her backpack for a pencil of some sort.

Oh! It was someone from her cabin. It was that quiet girl who had the far corner bunk. Carmen tried to remember when she had seen her around camp. She realized the only time she saw her was in the cabin. This girl had to have a story, right? Everyone had a story. Carmen had an inquiring mind. Some people just called it being nosy.

She quietly tip toed up to the tree. She hung her head around the side of it. What was she doing? An open bag. Carmen chewed the side of her tattoo-less paw. Oh man... an open bag was so hard to resist. She'd just love to go through it. Learn things about this girl... Ok... don't do that.. let's not be rude!

Carmen then stepped back to take a semi circle out from around the tree. She squatted to the ground, knees first as to not flash the poor thing. "What you doing? You're from the Seagulls' team right? Me too."

What had it been, about five seconds? Five whole seconds passed by, and she had located a pencil.

And in that time, her whole enjoyment of solitude had vanished. Her initial response was a frown and to immediately attempt to sink back into the hood of her jacket. What was even worse was this girl had decided to block the subject she was about to sketch out.

Lifting up her paw, she made a motion as if to ask "politely" for the other Audio to move, but she didn't say a word. If she, herself, was to move, then she'd lose that awesome angling of the tree in the picture. Compromise was not something she'd ever let happen in one of her pictures.

Carmen looked confused since she didn't get it, but she saw the hand gesture. Oh. Carmen scooted in the direction the girl was waving. She then came around to sit down next to her on the other side.

It was then Carmen saw the paper. She was still trying to put 2 and 2 together. Although, she hadn't noticed the pencil. It wasn't a journal. At least, it didn't look like one. Or... was it?

"I'm Carmen." She said as she saw the pencil and looked at the spot she moved from. "Are you writing a poem about the scene you see in front of you?"

Was that screaming? Oh, no, wait, that was just Lizzy mentally screaming to herself. Nobody but the artist could hear that.

The proximity was something she did not enjoy, so when Carmen sat down next to her, she pushed her pad of paper to her chest (mainly out of habit) and once more repeated the gesture. She was self conscious and didn't need someone watching her paper to see all the horrible mistakes she'd probably end up making. Her mouth couldn't help but stretch out wider into a slightly bigger frown at the mention of poetry. That was one of her worst subjects in school: Writing.

Oh... Oh no. A frown! For why? Carmen was feeling a little uncertain as what to do. Maybe she was sitting too close? Personal space was important to some people. She scooted a little further away. Now, she wouldn't be all up on her person.

Carmen gazed at her. Still no verbal answer. "Are you sad? Or, depressed? I would totally understand. This camp really isn't real great. Their showers only use cold water. The food is barely edible." Carmen then moved her eyes about. She waved her tail around.

Maybe this person came to enjoy the woods. Did other people really enjoy them? Well, ok. Carmen wasn't in love with the woods, but she did enjoy trees. And, birds, but it should be obvious about birds from how she has them all over.

Only once she had her space did Lizzy finally seem to relax slightly. She still seemed a bit edgy, but she let the pad of paper finally abandon her chest and she let the pencil meet the paper.

At first, she didn't say anything, wanting to get something on paper. However, as she continued to work, she eventually began to speak. Her voice was quiet, but extremely adorable to listen to (like listening to a 8 year old talk). It was like she was a delayed tape recorder though, for she was going back and answering all the questions from before.

"Drawing...yes I am a Seagull... I know, I've seen you in the cabin...I do not like writing poetry...no and no..."

The whole time, Lizzy wasn't even looking at the girl, but rather the tree or her pad of paper. Probably not the politest gesture, but at the same time, she didn't ask for the company to begin with.

Carmen smiled to see her relaxing. At least the frown seemed to be going away. She was delighted to hear all the replies, so this person did hear everything she said. And, she spoke! Wooooha!

"I'm not much for writing poetry either. I spend a lot of time on the internet. I been making videos and putting them on youtube trying to get high view counts. Some people get real famous from doing that."

She then scooted more around, so she could lean back against the tree. She tilted her head back to let her long hair be a thin buffer between her fur and the tree bark itself. "I came here thinking it was a drama camp."

Lizzy didn't speak or really react to the information which Carmen was supplying her. Her own reactions would have been negative anyways, since youtube was one of the stupidest creations on the internet (with myspace holding approximately the same ranking). However, it did bring up a bit of longing she had muffled deep inside.

A computer would have been a nice tool for the weeks she'd be spending at this camp. All the artwork she could get done. However, realistically, she doubted that there'd be enough outlets for her to hog all the time just so she could draw.

With such thoughts on her mind, she let out a sigh. Setting her pencil to the side, she started to shade lightly on the picture. She couldn't help but point out at least 3 things wrong with the picture, but maybe she could fix it with watercolor.

"...art camp... the accommodations would have been about the same probably..."

Optimist, she was not.

Carmen thought about drawing. Art. Painting. She actually felt rather impressed to be around someone so artistic. Sure, some of the people in their cabin were colorful and thusly probably did some art in some shape or manner. Still, this girl was in nature making her art. That was pretty darned neat.

"So, do you also paint? Or, have you ever done a mural? Also, is it distracting to listen to someone talk?"

She considered that maybe drama camp.. the conditions would be the same. Obviously, Carmen's memories of some camps she had been to as a kid weren't very good in reminding her they were somewhat the same.
