Well the squad 4 members set up the tent and Masato was doing what ever he was doing, Meluk felt as if they we still not safe under master Ky's force's.
Meluk to Masato and says, "We need to set up teams of three to guard the south, west, east, and north. I really don't feel comfortable under master Ky's guards'. Not that I don't trust Ky, its just because there weak mortals. You thing we should set up teams?"
Meluk turns around and scans the area.
"Ok we MIGHT have to set teams of three to guard anthers backs. The medic team well be: Jin and Mikhail. If we have more people for medical support that would fine. The north team will be Me, Masato, and Kuraime," Meluk suggested and points at people," The west team will be: that guy ((Kasen)), that guy ((Revlis)), and that girl ((Willow)). The east team will be Kidou, that guy ((Mio)), and Nirro. Agree able? If you want to change the teams let Masato know."

(( Meluk, did you checked our profiles to balance out the teams or was it just randomization? ))
As Kidou was walking with Mikhai,l interested in meeting another 5th seat from a different squad, listening to what the objectives were here at the base, he turned as he heard his name called out by Meluk. "Sounds like a good idea."
He started to walk over to Mio, and Nirro, feeling slightly awkward for suddenly changing jobs so quickly. "I'll try and help later Mikhail." He said looking back, "Sorry about this."

{I just based it on your post. Mio looks like some one that can heal and seem like a fighter. As the goes on she can heal you. As a Raven Nirro already has healing abilities.}
"Ok thank you Kidou. Does anyone else agree with me?" Meluk asked everyone. "Death Sama change into long range," Meluk ordered his doll.
"Yes Meluk," Death Sama responded back and changes into a sniper rifle.
Meluk cocks the gun. "Anytime you ready? The north pillar is already being attacked. We need to action before they do,"

Nirro walks over to Meluk very pleased that he is able to take charge. Although their lead, Ky, has taught all the Ravens to do as so. "Ok we should split up," Nirro shouts so he could get every ones attention ",I will make thing sweet and simple. Meluk is a sharp shooter, so if you feel comfortable with him, then go ahead....But me I am more of a close range type of guy, so if you feel comfortable with me, then walk over here." Nirro takes a deep breath and says ", Captains, if you don't feel alright with your squad member with me or Meluk then just let me know." after he was done talking he pulls out a ring from his jackets left pocket.
This is the sealed weapons form of Zen-su know as the hand of fire and Eno-ren know as the hand of thunder. "To burn the heavens and chain the sky I summon you Zen-su," Nirro says to himself quietly. His glove like doll appears on his arms. "Well, how is coming?" Nirro asks as he waits for some one to answer.

Mikhail looked at the boy Miluk, he seemed like a hard kid to instill trust in, hot headed, insecure and possibly even skitsophrenic. ((Sorry, I'm not bashing on you. I meant only to give a harsh perspective.)) "Regardless of whether or not we trust these fella's we have more important things to do other then undermine them. Instead of keeping a second secret guard watch go to the pillar's! I've heard commotion from their directions all day. I'm sure they could use some help! If you choose not to go however then you can either assist me or others who need help rather than play secret police." He was annoyed, the immaturity and inability to asses the situation and create a proper plan and use of themselves was aggrivating him. Being 22 he had lots of experience and wisdom as well as lots of youth in him but being youthful didn't mean it was acceptable to be purposefully ignorant.
((As I said before Mikhail is simply a jackass at times. Don't be offended by what I've said, ignore it or retaliate just know its nothing personal.))

Nirro looks at Mikhail with a very serious look. "Is the pillars the only thing you’re concerned about, boy," Nirro says to him as he walks closer ", There are hollow attacks around the town and all you can think about is a small area. It would make it easier to eliminate enemies if we spread out." He was about two feet away from Mikhail. Then Nirro looks at him straight in the eyes and says ", If you have a problem with it then leave to the pillar."

A jeep comes driving through the area going about 80 mph and comes to a skidding stop in front of 1st Squads tent. Jin jumps out and yells, "Move, move, move ..... Jin and driver pull out a stretcher with a body on it covered head to toe with a blanket and carry it into 1st Squads tent. Once inside they lay it down on one of the tables and Jin turns and looks at everone from 1st Squad and says, "Out ... everyone out! if your not a Captain or Vice Captain from 1st Squad I need you out side on guard watch. No one gets in here unless it's cleared by me and I mean NO ONE!!"

Mikhail smirked, he could not see Nirro due to his affliction but his Blind Eyes ability allowed him to size up the young shinigami and his prowess. Stepping closer to Nirro, unintimidated he touched his chest to Nirro's own. ((By the way, hes 6'7")) "I have a duty, and don't lecture me on delegating priorities. I was brought her to heal and take charge, as I am doing now. You are simply running around like your a** is on fire, and as a medic I can tell you its not." He continued to scold the fellow shinigami while keeping his demeanor "They" he pointed to the soldiers "Are doin THEIR job. Don't undermine them and don't let someone else dictate your actions. Use your head and take the initiative to do something USEFUL!" Mikhail's blind green swirling eyes glared deep into the soul of Nirro, he had a spine, he just needed to use it.
((Its not so much that hes being stupid, its just a conflict of ideas. Mikhail sees no importance in doing someone elses job))
Edit:
Mikhail saw the commotion, Jin rushed an injured man on a stretcher into the confindes of the 1st Squad tent. Mikhail had little interest in disobeying Jin but he felt an urge to assist no matter how much she might scold and reprimand him. "Jin, I'm the healer. Let me assist!" He had no intentions of being condescending to Jin and questioning her abilites but he was the healer, Captain or Vice Captain not.
((BTW I'm MAY be a VC soon, I'm currently fighting Hirimi and so far its a stalemate!))

(Really I'd like a list of some sort) -=Revlis raised his right wrist up to his mouth, bitting onto the right sleeve of his uniform, he tugged, tearing the long peice of fabric off. Raising his left hand doing the same the tore it off aswell. Strapped to his right arm was a long rectangular bucker named the DualHound =- "Were here to defend, and counter, not to rush head on to the enemy... destroy the gates they come from would be the best option to stopping them. Aim for the eyes and throat."

Yuki arrived on sight shortly after the jeep, she was a little winded from the long run, but she didn't dare stop there. The second they unloaded the stretcher, making sure no one got past a certain point she held her arms out to block anyone who was curious. When a particular healer pushed his way forward insisting that he could help Yuki caught him by the arm and turned him to face her, looking as condescending as possible to demand haste.
"Can you heal internal injuries?.... If not your useless and can wait outside with the rest."
She bore down on him with all the friendliness of a snake having cornered a mouse.

Razil ran up from the side of the jeep, placing a hand on Mikhail's shoulder.
"We appreciate your concern and willingness to help, but there are other ulterior motives for this. I am sorry Mikhail-San, under any other circumstances we would let you. But unless you can heal internal injuries as Yuki-Taicho says, not this time."
He released the Shinigami and followed Jin and the stretcher into the tent. Getting inside, he assumed a very business like-manner.
"Alright everyone, you heard the miss. Unless your me, her, or Yuki-Taicho you shouldn't be in here so move your asses."
After herding the various members out of the tent, he stood guard at the door, remaining inside. He looked at Jin and quietly spoke.
"Do you require anything?"

Mikhail shook his head, "Envy was unable to teach me. I'll hunt her down for you, she and Hirimi are the only ones who can, I'll be quick" Nodding to his old captain Mikhail wrenched his arm free of her grasped and bolted off in search of his Captain and or Vice Captain. As his legs carried his body like a deer on the run from a hunter his mind raced <******** hell! I'm useless without those Chiyudou...aren't I.

Hirimi wasn't to far off when she heard the commotion going on and knew someone was probably hurt and pestering the Squad 4 members there because they couldn't do the proper healing needed. She spotted Mihail running off in a random direction, and realized that he was probably looking for herself or the captain.
Quickly and quietly she shunpoed, moving quickly to get right behind Mihail. Her hand snapped out quickly, catching the collar of the top he was wearing.
"You're going in the wrong direction."

Mikhail's body shocked forward from the abrupt stop. Analyzing the voice and the iron grip he identified the woman as Vice Captain Hirimi, "Theres a shinigami, in the 1st Squad tent, his injuiries are beyond my abilities." Fixing his posture and whiping the sweat from his brow he turned about on his heals and pointed towards the mass of peoples outside a single tent. "There ma'am, I wasn't allowed to evaluate the shinigami but he must be bad." Using his Blind Eyes Mikhail scoped in on the interior of the tent, Jin, Yuki and Razil were around a single person, their reiatsu levels barely visible to his expert eye.
