It has a good beat that sounds "batish", or like a night club. Something a Zubat, especially one in Team Rocket, would dance too. Why do you think this song suits Zubat? WELL. xD; Zubat is a bat, technically. And bats use sound for like everything. I think it fits. Its got a really light airy feel as well. :3

Which is exactly what the master of puppets does. Also that wonderful cacophonous beat just suits confusion so very well. Master of Puppets I'm pullin your strings Twistin your mind And smashin' your dreams And the more dorky reasons that my mind goes to: Master of Puppets is about drug addiction, and pokemon are -so- a drug, seriously. xD And then I am highly amused by the idea that it is really the bat controlling everything, hey, why else would all the bad guys use the bats? Clearly the zubat has some sort of mind control powers

It's sort of a paradox for Zubat. Because "If the Robots win..." his sonar's replaced by sonar we can use to see stuff with. It also talks about blind eyes and most people think bats are blind. The opening phrases remind me of sonic waves being sent out and bounced back to gauge an opponent's speed and position. The solo in the middle reminds me of a battle, with Zubat using Confuse Ray/Confusion at 1:28 to disorient foes and flying in a frenzy all around an opponent's head. And... Zubats have no eyes, and the guitarist of Buckethead wears a bucket on his head, but don't let that fool you into thinking either of them don't know exactly what they're doing!
