H i s t o r y
--------Cordelia is another case of "The radioactive ____ did it!" Her parents were normal delta Herla; a nice mutation-less couple, with no kids. It was a wondrous day when they realized that the lovely hind was pregnant. Not so much so when, late into the pregnancy, on a stormy day, the hind fell into one of the radioactive lakes and drowned. The hart, distressed at the loss of everything he had, soon followed into the depths. Miraculously(or perhaps not so much so), the little fawn survived the term of the pregnancy and emerged, somehow, from the deceased hind only moments after her death. Cordelia has no idea of her parents, and believes herself a child of the lake whose radioactive waters, unknown to her, gave her her life, and her sea-monster like mutations.

--------Cordelia, because of the radiation that she was exposed to at birth, is able to breath both on land in under water. She is also and awesome swimmer, because of her rudder-like tail :3
