InigoMontoya Thank you! 3nodding I really love art and art history. I love how it asks so many questions, and never answers them. There is always so much to think about. And when I see censorship, it whips me into a passion. ~makes whip cracking sounds~ WHhhu-CHAA! I'm hyper. You will recieve the flaming poke of DOOM-EH!! Xander Tarbert Xander cannot draw, so there isn't any art with me crying . There is a fine line between art and porn, and it's a pretty blurry line at that. My Health class had more revealing scenes (it was a cartoon) then those pictures. I never got why the chruch was against nudity. We were made in God's image. Plus the whole Adam and Eve thing. God wants us to be nude. He kicked us out of paradise because we wore clothes. Eh, but I'm odd. My mother was/is a nurse, so I remember being around 6 or 7 and watching "The Miracle of Life," on PBS. That was freaking weird. Not because people were naked, but because newborns are fooking ugly. And then there's the afterbirth. Ewwwwwww. Anyway, I like all the art. It all looks sweet to me. But I'm biased. Teh awsome. xd I thought it was because Eve ate an apple she wasn't supposed to or soemfink?

Yes, actually they disobeyed God and ate the forbidden fruit, tempted by the Devil, who said it would give them powers like God. When they were cast out of the Garden of Eden, they became aware of their nakedness, and were ashamed, and covered their bodies. But Xander has a point. God created man and woman naked. And they lived happily in the world naked. God was not the one who made anyone wear clothing. That is something man has imposed upon themselves. Maybe the real reason Adam and Eve dressed themselves is because they were no longer protected by the warmth of the Garden, and felt the cold exposure of winter and weather. If you stay exposed to the elements, you will die. It was probably out of practicality and not shame, that man dressed themselves in the first place. We enter the world naked, and we leave it naked, to use an old cliché

Ok, here we go. So let me explain. Miko and Gemstone wanted their portraits in my line art style. Fair enough, I'd love to. (Which reminds me, I must draw Seldaara now! Add her into the fray! Haha) So I stripped them of all their clothes and accesories, save their respective staffs. Gemstone, your hand may be a little provacatively placed because, well, your hair isnt long enough to use as a ploy! Haha. When you both asked me at the same time to draw you two, I really got inspired at how Miko has a softer look on her avatar, with blue hair, yet weilds the demons fork. and Gemstone, your avatar is a little harsher, with red hair and holds the staff of angels. I thought I would play off of the duality of good verses evil, in a mixed color sort of way. Sorry about the weird perspective on your left arm, Gem. I tried to make it look as if the staff was resting in the crook of your arm.... Heh. So, I really hope you both like them... theyre two seperate images, so you can save them as you like. I hope this doesnt offend anyone.... WARNING. MILD TASTEFUL NUDITY AHEAD! Wait for it....

The way I was taught was that Eve got talked into eating the Apple of Knowlage by the snake, then had Adam eat a few afterward. Then they went "OMFG! We're nekked!" and made put on some clothes. God saw this and said, "OMFM! They went against my wishes!" and booted them out.
But I may be wrong. It's been awhile since I went over it.
I want to leave this world like I came into it as well. Only I want to go out yelling and covered in someone else's blood.
I like the new pictures. But you're right, the elbow looks kinda odd. Maybe if you tried having the staff angle back, so it looks like it's resting in the crook more?

Thanks Inigo. All throughout college I broke away from drawing anime.. Heh. I developed my own style, which I hold dear, and absolutely love.. but lately.. man, all I draw is Anime! ...Not to..brag... but I think that I can pride myself on being -good- at anime. Heh.
