Grump made a pie with Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust, filled with Cheese Cake filling and White Chocolate and Cool Whip topping. It was yummy!

This was but one humble tortilla with three kraft cheese slices microwaved for 45 seconds. Hence, why I should eat something else.

Had Tator Tots smothered in home made Chili and covered with Tex Mex Cheese. And I actually got to cook it. For me, considering how my health has been, that was a big moral booster. It's the first time I've gotten to cook a whole meal by myself, with no help in over a year now.

Had a Grilled Chicken Sub from Subway. Normally I get the Tuna or Veggie. Thought I'd give the Chicken a try. Might get bold and go for the Turkey one next. Hey; and it's not even Turkey Day yet. Mwhahahaha dramallama

Had our traditional Monday night Red Beans & Rice with cornbread last night.
Making some chili for tonight 'cuz the weather turned so cool overnight!!!
By the way, I love Subway. Haven't met a sandwich I didn't like there yet!

Hey, we should do a Subway Poll. Gaia needs a Subway. And I'm not talking about the kind you ride either. Though, I suppose you could ride one of these too. But; that would be, just too damn freaky even for me.

I had chicken breast cut into strips and then baked in the oven with bbq sauce served with baked beans and mac & cheese.
