"Okay, here's the story. I showed up at the Kaze Dojo for the first time, and like right behind me was this kid. Looks innocent enough. Light blue hair, big purple eyes, looks about six years old. Says her caretakers, an old man and her sister, live in a cave not too far from here. I treat the kid to a meal, thinking she's just a poor kid. Then I hear a voice in my head that says, 'Warmonger', and not long after that, I touch her with a wing and I see her standing in a battlefield. Smoke, dead bodies, weapons and blood everywhere. I could even smell the blood, Tut!
There's a pause, like she's gather her thoughts or refocusing on something. Then she starts up again.
"I thought about coming to you, and that same voice tells me you won't help. And then just now, I'm trying to teach this kid a few things about ki training, and I swear she rushed at me, grabbed my weapon, and stabbed me with it. Then I blink and I have no wound. Another weird thing. The kid says she has no chakra. She can see it, right, even pointed it out and described it in me. But she has none of her own. She seems innocent, doesn't act like she realizes what's going on, but it only happens here and around her.
She pauses again, waiting for a response.

Iri, just a question, but do you know what Genjutsu is? It's the form of illusions that people can play on others to make people think they are seeing something that's not there or has or has not happened. As for helping, that's no problem. Where would you want to do it? There's here, the Taijutsu Dojo or by you.
By this time he was already packing up his map, getting ready for any answer.

There's a silence. An odd silence, somehow filled with tension. Iri's voice breaks through with more than a hint of panic. She sounds as though she's on the brink of being truly scared.
"I'm about to get on the train! I'll meet you at the Main Dojo and we'll go from there. You're gonna have to tell me more about this Genjutsu bull crap!"

Halfway through the tram ride, Syn was there, sitting across from Iri. She stared straight ahead, looking straight through Iri and off into the distance with her glossy black eyes. The vertical slit on her forehead was slowly opening up as the same wicked grin grew on her face, stretching from ear to ear. The third eye opened up on her forehead and Iri was surrounded by darkness, sounds of her past rushing around her.
Another blink. This one white, and Iri was back on the tram, alone. Syn was nowhere near. She was still back at the Kaze dojo, sniffling and bawing over the sudden abandonment.

Fingernails dig into the seat cushions, ripping past them and into the filling of the seats. Iri looks down into her lap and closes her eyes. She had almost calmed down. Now she's breathing swift and shallow again, shaking and pale all over again. Both wings come forward to wrap around the woman's torso. The continued mental attacks are wearing away at her.
"I left her there," she mutters to herself. "I swear I left her there!"
The train grinds to a halt, and Iri stays where she is, unaware that the thing has stopped.

Opening the tram door, Tutsumi looks oddly at Iri and then takes her into his arms and holds her close for a moment so she could compose herself.
"Calm down, I'm here now, Iri."
He reaches from his shirt and places a tag onto her shirt, rather under it. The tag itself is a special Genjutsu release that would allow her to withstand a rather large amount of those types of attacks.
"I need to teach you how to block Genjutsu, Iri. But this will allow you to withstand it until I can teach you how to block it."

Upon being touched, she had jumped a little, but just kind of slumped when she heard the familiar voice. She doesn't even object when she feels something papery against her skin. She just takes the time to breathe and let go of her tension. Listening to what the tag is for helps. Maybe she doesn't have to worry about possessed little girls anymore.
Eventually, Iri leans back and looks him in the eyes. "Really sh*tty day, Tut. Really. And I'm so glad you don't have black eyes. Or purple for that matter." That comment probably wouldn't make sense to him, but that's okay in her mind.
Iri slowly gets to her feet. She attempts to steady herself with her naginata, but looks at her empty hand when she realizes the polearm isn't there.
She looks back at Tut and gives a nod, whether to reassure him or her she isn't sure. "Alrighty. You know you just saved my a**, right? I owe you, big time. Now, what about this Genjutsu? Where do we start?"

"Well, just take a break right now."
He reaches into one of the pockets in his napsack and pulls out a chocolate bar, and offers it to her. It's a little melted due to heat, but it's easily edible.
"First of all, some people can use it with handseals and some without. From what you're saying, it must be without since you haven't noticed anything. What you need to learn right now is dispelling it. First of all, you can do it with or without handseals. Mind over matter is what this really is about. It's about your focus, will and faith in yourself. If you want, we can take some training from my path on it. I'll try not to put anything too serious up for you from the start and then build up after awhile, nee?"

Iri accepts the chocolate with a grateful nod. As she listens, she opens it up and starts to appreciatively munch. The last of her tension starts to fade. What is it about chocolate that's so stress relieving? Iri doesn't really know, but doesn't really care at this point, either.
She swallows a bite and tilts her head. "That's the thing. I thought I had trained myself in mind over matter. I can get punched in the gut and just swing right back. Pain doesn't bother me much. But there's no adrenaline, no time to steel myself when the episodes happen. The illusions are seamless with reality. It's like I blink and it's there. She even made me think you were standing in front of me at the Kaze Dojo. She rushed me, grabbed my kunai from my belt, and I felt cold steel rip through me and blood trickling, but nothing had happened when I blinked." Iri shakes her head, trying to clear her thoughts. "Anyway, that sounds good to me. I'm ready when you are."

Seph pulled a leaf from his hair as he stepped into the clearing. He examined the building ahead of him with a blank stare. "This is new." He pulled another leaf free then flicked away his cigarette, the filter bursting into flame, being converted to carbon before it hit the grass at his feet. Seph pocketed his hands and trudged toward the main dojo.

"Ah, well then." Kaimen's body began to rise from the earth, stopping only a few feet away from the door of the main dojo.
"A familiar face." He said to Seph.

"Killllllll him."
Kansou's voice emanated from the shadows near Kaimen. A dark, bandaged form loped into view. Kansou's yellow head rose as she begged Kaimen, playing on his inner interest. The nin stopped two feet behind him. Her face drained of emotion when she shifted her gaze onto Seph.

"There's a difference between physical and mental attacks though, Iri. You're used to fighting against physical, anyway, here we go."
Moving away from her a little bit, he looked to his left for a second as a second head popped from his 'shoulder', only to move out as a whole 'nother body. The 'clone' waved at her with a smile as both then started to weave in and out of the other in aims to confused which one was real and which was fake. Both would start talking at the same time.
"Which one is real? Which one is fake? Or perhaps we're both real or maybe both fake? To find the plausible real one, focus on which one 'feels' right. Remember, I'm going to be making this harder and harder after each go."

Ishira Tsubasa-
Ishira nodded slightly, but was unsure of what to think. If the dojo no longer stood then there would no longer be students.... And sooner or later the Hikari ninja would be forgotten... She shook her head lightly, trying hard to get the thoughts out, but as she did so her head throbbed, causing her to lose her balance. Her hand held tightly to Gils arm as she tried to steady herself. "Its just... Gil i got in a large almost pointless fight before this all happened... And i lost my sense... until a few days ago that is... If i hadnt.. We may have still been able to have the dojo and continue to increase our teachings, and family... Now... they told me the Hikari dojo will be no longer.." Ishira closed her eyes tightly, struggling to get the words out without her head throbbing at the sound of her own voice. She cursed under her breath as she rubbed her temples. If only that fight hadnt happen....... But then, she be down one friend....
Ishira's words brought a scowl to his face, and many troubling thoughts crossed his mind. He could not bring himself to ask her to relive the events of that day, lest it only serve to darken her mood even further. But Gil was an optimist at heart. Seeing his friend so down and miserable, he could almost imagine the burden she must be carrying. Nonetheless, this was not the time to dwell on things that could not be averted and can not be changed.
Gil turned to Ishira, a strange light in his eyes.
"Then it seems we are living in the dawn of a new age. Hikari ninjutsu will soon be gone from the hearts and minds are manners of people. But this should not make us sad. Instead we should take it as an opportunity to make a name for ourselves. We must see to it that none truly forget the essence and power of the Hikari Nin."

(( muwahahahahaha twisted ))
His words brought comfort to her soul, though they also brought sharp pains to her head. She let out a sigh, and rested her head once again on his chest. She could hear his heart beat as she settled herself in a more comfortable position. It calmed her further, just knowing something living was close to her, allowed her to touch it... That it wasnt destroyed, or gone.... Anger filled her and she opened her eyes slightly, both glowing a deep crimson red in her anger. "No, they wont forget our kind at all... Nor will they forget what they have done..." She whispered.. "Gil will you help me to the kitchen or some where i can sit.... My head is throbbing..."
