Zenaku Jeriah Anime has been around since the 60's/70's. Quote: The first recorded and publicly known attempt at animation in Japan occurred in 1917, as best as may be ascertained. The Anime 'boom' happened in the '70s.

I'm just to end this discussion with three points:
1. The attacks on Dbz may cause large explosions and massive havoc, but all they are is different applications of the same source. Most of them are only beams, balls, and flying disks.
2. In nearly every episode, Goku and nearly every Saiyan on the show is screaming their lungs out throughout the episode.
3. This ain't a Dbz guild, let's get back to Bleach, this is after all a discussion of the latest chapter of the Bleach Manga ain't it.

'whole' is a relative term. Whatever the flakes land on is frozen. Not encased in a sheathe of ice, like Iceman from the X-Men comics, but frozen. Halibel's an ice sculpture at this point.
I'm interested, though, to see SoiFon's Bankai. It'll probably be either huge, like Sajin's Bankai, or teeny, like Ichigo's Bankai.

take into account that this is a shounen. If years of anime has taught me anything, if you leave the body whole, there is a damned good chance whatever is there is going to come back. I only believe things are dead when there is nothing left to see or there is a just a nice big bloody pile left.

well i kind of like her bankai. The only thing is that it doesn't suit her and its stated by her that her bankai isn't something that suits her.

It's quite interesting to see. And unexpected. i mean of all things, Tite Kubo should of given her like a giant sized version of a silencer pistol. It would fit better into her assassin profile. Still, a rocket launcher's cool in and of itself. However, what she will do if Barragan survives this attack, I don't know.

Something's up. She said "I didn't want to resort to using this bankai."
The usage of the word "This" in that sentence is making me think. Why say that? That one word implies that she has more than one bankai to use. Is that really her bankai? I mean if that's the bankai of the zanpakuto whose shikai was a small thing that fit on a finger and was "stab twice in the same area and you're dead," then that don't make a lick of sense at all. There's no correlation to each of them at all. Of course...I don't know what special abilities her bankai has other than launch a TOW at the enemy. I'm just merely speculating of course, I could be very wrong, but I think it's part of her "plan," and that it's not really her bankai.
But I've been wrong before. I thought Kakashi was gonna stay dead, but Kishimotto pulled out a reverse TPK out of nowhere...so yeah.
