Talia looked at the boy quizzitively. "Why, all my life! I was born here, silly!" she said, putting a hand to her mouth to giggle. She opened her menu and didn't really look at it, but at Terashi instead. "My favorite is the mushroom sandwich with sweet herbs! All of their ingredients are fresh, you know. Only the best for you!" she smiled, and folded her hands under her chin.
The waitress came back over and poured the two glasses of water from a wooden pitcher. "Have we decided yet?" she asked, smiling at Terashi.

Juju giggled. "You should be. Come on." And she took off into the air. "You try it. It should be easier this time."

Kenru watched Juju take off eagerly before immediately immersing herself in thought. Eventually she felt those same feelings from the first time she had tried this only it came much easier. She opened her eyes and looked at the ground.
"Woah!" She said, eyes bugging out of her head. She was quite high off the ground. She slowly practiced moving around. Eventually she was moving faster, with quite a few stumbles , here and there.
"Look!" She cried gleefully. "Look!" She was giggling non-stop now. Her confidence was building up and she twirled in the air. She gasped as she felt her wings falter. She half-screamed when she saw the ground coming to meet her. She scrunched her eyes shut and threw her arms in front of herself and waited for an impact that never came.
Kenru slowly cracked and eyelid open to see the ground underneath of her. She sighed with relief when she realised that she had stopped just before she hit. She grinned then flew up to meet Juju.
"That was scary!!" She said, "But awesome! This is soooo much fun!!" Kenru wanted to hug Juju for introducing her to this but refrained from doing so.

Juju laughed "Glad you're having fun! It was easier this time, eh?" She landed lightly on the ground and called out to Kenru. "Come on, Let's practice some more spells!"

Kenru's eyes lit up and she nodded enthusiastically.
"Thank you soo much!" She said and landed so that she could follow Juju.

"This time," said Juju, smiling mischeviously, "I'm going to attack you. You have to decide what spell to use, and use it right and you pass the test, Okies?" Her purple-grey eyes glinted and she giggled "Don't worry. I'll go easy on you."

I'm being pressed for time this week as well. Matters of reality. But I'll try to get my two cents in every chance I get. Just be sure to give me plenty of chances. wink ))

Kenru paled.
"A..Attack? What do you mean attack?! What type of spell do I use?" She was almost becoming hysterical.
"I'm going to die!!!" She wailed. She new she was over-reacting, but wouldn't you if you were a new fairy who found out that you were going to be attacked?

Talia clasped her hands at Terashi's happiness. "Your world, huh? I couldn't imagine any world other than this! It's so beautiful and there are so many things to do! What is your world like? Does it have lots of flowers? Do you dance every night and perform shows for everyone? I can't wait to see it!" she exclaimed, obviously getting a little excited.
The waitress returned soon after, two platters of mushroom sandwiches on her wooden tray. She set the plates down, refilled the emptying water glasses, and walked to another table. Talia nibbled at the tiny carrots that accompanied the dish and smiled at Terashi, admiring how cute he was.

Mel walked around the forest, realizing just how different the view was, kind of lonely, and realizing just how tiny she really was now... she gulped and kept walking, lost.

Talia glowed as Terashi described his home world. To her, it sounded quite similar to her own world, but she was amazed nonetheless. The "Higher Plane" he spoke of, though, was quite intriguing. Golden rings in the air? It sounded like magic. Talia liked magic, as most fairies did, being a large part of their culture. She looked at him a moment more and then suddenly came to a realization. She frowned. "Do you not like our world? You seem to like yours better," she sighed.

Terashi couldn't help but laugh at Talia's question. "I merely remember my world as one would remember a family member that passed away. Sadly, my home planet was destroyed sometime during my Realmwalker training." Terashi then shook his head and smiled. "Besides, what's not to like about this world? If everyone were but a few inches tall, why, every world would seem exotic. But nevermind that. This is one of the prettier realms I've been to. Does that answer your question?"

You use whatever spell works. I won't use any spell or attack I haven't taught you a counterspell to." ((Sorry! I haven't been able to get onto the internet the past three days. Vacation. Internet? None.))
