Obito smiled as the clone of him vanished as he stepped out from behind a tree. "True enough but he's the real one, you can check him if you want. As for falling for a trap well he underestimated the son Kakashi." Before bringing his plan into action he had made several clones underground and while they acted he'd stand by and control them. "Though I prefer lightning styles earth has its uses. Now its up to the others to deal with the fake Orochimaru." And for the first time he pulled out a book and began to read, Make-out Paradise.
(I can't remember if thats the book kakashi reads in the series or not)

The moment kirie looked to see what hppend to Kabuto Aeon had her. One of his clones held her in place. "this will only hurt a little" He smiled, his hands glowed as he hit each of her chakra points forcing her to the ground and immobilizing her.

Kirie grit her teeth. "Kukuku... how kind of you to not kill her."
"Orochimaru," Jiraiya called. The kids seemed to have everything under control, so he wouldn't intervene...for now. "How many experiments did you do on this girl?"
Her pink hair hid her eyes from them as a sadistic grin spread across her pale face.
"Lets just say that though she's does not hold the record for passing out from pain, she holds a lot of experience from it." Jiraiya's eyes hardened. "I'll let you have her...for now. But first..."
Two large snakes suddenly shot out from her clothes, pushing her into some bushes. Jiraiya rushed forward and pushed the bushes apart. Kirie lay unconscious, her mouth parted slightly.
'He got away...'
Jiraiya picked her up carefully.

Aeon ran over and stood besde Jiraiya. "Jiraiya is she ok?" He was worried.

Jiraiya lowered her and checked under the bandages that covered her arms. At least fifteen small puncture wounds from needles marred her arm. Some looked like they had been stuck more than once.
"Once we get her back to the village, Tsunade can examine her. Aside from the shots, she looks fine."

Jiraiya grinned. "I can see you're turning into a fine man. She's lucky to have someone like you."
He bent down so Aeon could carry her. He thought about teasing the boy, but thought better of it. Since falling asleep, Kirie's expression seemed a lot more relaxed.

He put kirie on his back. Surprisingly she wasn't heavy at all. Aeon swore he'd always keep her safe. "thank you sensei" It was too early to see if she was lucky or not.

After binding Kabuto, Obito re-emerged from the bushes with the book in his hands. "Well I see we got her back plus a little bonus." He kicked Kabuto out into the open. "Seems he was just sitting around, its good to know some people still let anger get to them or this could've been harder." With one hand he hefted Kabuto up. "So master Jiraiya what do we do with him?"

"We should take him with us back to the village but send word ahead so anbu can take care of Kabuto. Besides, we need to get the girl to Tsunade."
Jiraiya watched Kabuto's chest slowly rise and fall. That seemed almost too quick. Heck, aside from he earlier ambush, this was extremely easy.
'Almost too easy.'
Far away, Orochimaru entered his base. He and Sasuke would be moving soon. When the sannin entered his room, he was greeted by that very same Uchiha. Sasuke's arms were crossed.
"You're late."
"I'm early," Orochimaru purred. "I had something I needed to do."
"Where's Kabuto? Is he with that girl you're experamenting on?"
Orochimaru smiled. "Kabuto...is a little busy right now. The girl is gone. Why? Are you conserned, Sasuke-kun?"
"No." Sasuke pushed off from the wall he was leaning on and left.
'...She just looks a little like someone I used to know.'

Obito noded and hefted Kabuto on to his shoulder. "However you know that you'll have to be the one to give him to the anbu. Just because Tsunade knows doesn't mean they should know. There's someone within the anbu that I don't trust." He closed his book and put it away. "Dad was right, it is a good read."

"No worries. I already figured I'd have to hand him over." Jiraiya had an idea of who Obito was talking about, but did not voice his thoughts.
At the mention of the book, Jiraiya grinned and got that bostful look. "So, you like my work, eh? You really are your father's son. Would you like me to sign it? It'll have more meaning. I could even get you a deal on the movie tickets. They're coming out with the third movie. I haven't told Kakashi about it yet, either. And I'm already starting on Make-Out Tactics volume 2!" Jiraiya laughed loudly.

Obito laughed slightly. "Yeah I'd like an autograph, it'd make dad jealous. As for the movie its a great hit, dad's seen it like five times." Then the stopped and turned to Jiraiya. Coming from the future he knew all about Make-Out Tactics volume 2 and even 3 and the movies was a hit.

Reign writes a note to Tsunade explaining what had happened that she needed to know. "I'll send this note on one of my clouds, it should get to Tsunade before we are even half way back there. She should have a few anbu waiting around the main gate by the time we get there." He summons one of the smaller, faster clouds and places the note on it, then it flies off towards the Leaf Village.

Aeon gagged, make-out tactics was always being showed in the theater. He strengthened his grip on kirie. "dad continues your writings...sadly"
