From his current position between Matt's legs, Xavier tries to drop matt with a double leg takedown. From there he would try to leap at him and lock in the Anaconda Vice.

Stone was caught completly off guard by the double-leg pick up and fell on his back.When Xavier leapt at him, he instincivly covered up, but felt Cross trying to get him in the submission and got on the offensive, trying to catch him with some elbows.

Xavier still tries to lock in the move but that last elbow struck him hard enough to force him to get away. Xavier rolls away onto his hands and knees again. He stands up rubbing the side of his head.

Matt would roll away as well to create some distance between himself and Xavier. Matt slowly got to his feet, a little tired and holding his back, having taken some real damage off that takedown.

Xavier exerts some energy and charges at Matt attempting a calf kick.

Stone took a step towards the charging Xavier and barely had enough time to get his hands up to try and block the kick before he was caught in the face and knocked down to the mat once again.

Xavier falls down himself after connecting, showing how much energy he had used up for the move. He looks at Matt then to the ropes looking for the closest one. He uses up more energy to dash for the ropes and spring off it, performing a corkscrew in mid-air, hoping to connect on Matt with a corkscrew splash pin.

Stone stayed down breathing deeply, trying to catch his breath. He was oblivious the Xavier's actions and to the crowd cheering, and he was soon hit hard in the chest by the corkscrew attack. Xavier hooked Matt's leg and got the 1...2...seconds before the three, Stone shot his right arm up, moving his shoulder off the canvas.

Xavier stood up feeling exhausted. The camera zooms in on his face showing him breathe heavily. He stands up and tries to pick Matt off the mat with him. He then tries to place him into his main finisher position and attempt the Cross Fire, hoping to end the match.

Stone was lifted off his feet, physically exhausted from the bout so far. He was grabbed from behind by his arms and spun around, the crowd cheering cause they knew what was comming up. Matt was spun hard to the ring and elevated, crashing down to the mat to a huge pop from the GCW audience.

Xavier crawls over to Matt and tries to turn him over onto his back. He then throws one arm over his chest for the pin attempt. He was too worn out by this point to make a better pin attempt.

The camera zoomed in to the upper torso of Stone with Xavier's hand accross his chest, Matt looked completly out of it when they showed him. The ref got down and started to count down Matt. He slapped his hand once on the mat, the crowd chanting along with him. Two they shouted as the ref's hand slapped the second time. The ref's hand raised in the air the third time as the crowd got ready to count the third and final count, but the ref's hand stopped before the third time, the crowd started boo;ing as the camera zoomed out to see that Stone had gotten his right foot on the bottom rope.

Xavier didn't know why the crowd began to boo or why the ref stopped counting. He barely stands up as he only gets to his knees and looks to the ref for an answer. The ref only puts up two fingers showing a two count and points to the ropes. Xavier turns to see he fail to pick up the win. Without much energy to continue the match, Xavier just tries to weakly drag Matt's body away the ropes so he could go for another pin attempt.

Stone had his body drug away from the ropes and felt the full cover put on him from Xavier. Once again the ref began to count, but this time Matt was able to roll his left shoulder off the mat to break the pin.
