He knew enough to take it seriously but he was occupied with his work to focus on him. He needed to make sure this was done right or he risked making a poison instead of an elixer. Sighing with relief when it was completed without flaw he too both the elixer tea and a bowl of soup that he had added and looked to Sheena for the way.
("If I had wanted to cause her harm she would have neeb dead by now...")

Aika smiled as she looked at Talos from the bed. She was glad he helped her to bed. She doubted she had the energy to make it successfully. “Thank you Talos.”
“Follow me.” Sheena would float towards Aika’s room knowing the layout of the house well. She was one of the ones that had been there for Aika when she had been hurt before. The first stab wound by Calyph was when Sheena was around.

Talos smiled down upon Aika warmly. As he took her blanket and pulled it up onto her. You just remember to recover your strength. No sense to allow yourself to stay weakened when I know your power is easily on par if not better then my own.

Jasper followed Sheena to Aika's room he stood back with his items while he waited for Talos to be done with her and then moved foward. Jaz handed the woman the cup and carefully set the bowl on a tray into her lap. He used his hands to motion for her to drink the elixer. "Bnerh."
("Drink.")

Aika nodded to Talos about resting. She just had to recover now that the tether between her and the forest had been severed. She was free. She’d looked at Jasper as she nodded taking the elixir and drinking it carefully. She made no face nor commented on the taste, just trusted the man not to harm her. She’d do the same with the soup as well.
Sheena smiled when she saw Aika drink the elixir and the soup. She’d come to float near Jasper with a comforting hand on his shoulder. It’d be her way of telling him he did good with Aika.

Jaz smiled to see Aika cooperating so well. He motioned to the elixer and tapped the veins on his wrist. "Sket gecc kicm uay nilafin vnap ski dcaab catt." He then guestured to the bowl and after a thought summoned a small ball of energy and absorbed it back into his body visably. "Skos gecc kicm uay niwoer ski irinwu uayn dabu riibt." Jasper smiled and nodded to Sheena. He may not know much about what was going on but he knew what he was doing and enjoyed his life.
("This will help you recover from the blood loss.")
("That will help you regain the energy your body needs.")

Aika nodded as she laid there in bed. She’d finish the soup as she set the bowl down. Her eyes felt heavy again as she started to fall asleep. She needed to rest.
“Let’s let her sleep. Talos can watch over her while I show you various locations and teach you to speak our language. It’s not hard.” Sheena would smile at Jasper as she looked at him.

Talos watched over Aika his trust of the man was not as solid as Aika's so he wanted to make sure she was going to be okay after taking the medicine he offered her. The man didn't seem to mean any harm but Aika was not exactly a normal being. Like himself her physiology looks humanoid but in the end they were not.

Arngrim raised an eyebrow. "Don't believe I've heard of him before. In need of someone to dispose of him? We'll be glad to lend aid."

Aika smiled at Talos as she looked at him. She’d lean her head against his arm happily. She was happy to be near him, as she gave a nod of thanks to Jasper.
Sheena would try to escort Jasper out of the room to give Aika time alone with Talos.
“He’s been killed already. Both my daughter and her love have dispatched of him, but it has left her injured and weak.”
“Follow me then.”

Jasper eyed the angry seeming male quirking his lips into a wry smile. "Ki't opojerwcu ibwu etr's ki?" The apothicary took one last look at Aika, deciding her color looked better, before he allowed Sheena to lead him away. He would have liked to get closer to do a better check up on the guide but it seemed he wouldn't get that chance. The healer dug in his pocket before he left the room completely and tossed a small fragile crystal to the couple. "Summon." Jaz said in heavily accented common. If something went wrong they could break the crystal and summon him to where ever they were.
("He's amazingly edgy isn't he?")

Aika would nod as took the crystal gently in her hands. She’d hold it delicately before placing it on something so that it would not get broken. She’d then start to fall asleep as she nuzzled Talos’ arm.
Sheena only smiled. “Talos is protective of her as a guardian and her love. He was chosen as her personal guardian. Perhaps someday soon, she’ll choose something special for you to do within this forest like she has for me. This forest is large.” Her words came softly before she gave Jasper a kiss of thanks upon the cheek for saving Aika.

Jaz looked over his shoulder as Sheena explained Talos. "Gkosifin uay tou skir..." He gave her a skeptical look when she mentioned him being given a place in the forest. "E'p o kiocin ras o vewksin. E vewks arcu gkir rilittou." Then he stopped, not sure she'd understand him and tried again looking for a word he was familiar with. He didn't know healer or apothicary but he did know..."Doctor." Jasper said in his accented voice, placing a hand on his own chest.
("Whatever you say then...")

“Ah, so you don’t fight. Neither do I frankly. I am the one that protects the lake but I do not fight. I simply keep it purified.” Sheena smiled as she looked at Jasper. She’d just smile as she lead him to the lake to show him what she meant. She was the lake protector and it was her job to keep it purified for Aika’s sake whenever she had to enter it. “Would you care for a swim or perhaps you would like to go sight seeing? I am sure Aika will allow me this pleasure.”

Jasper thought about his options and then lifted his bag. "E riib sa nimcoli ski skerwt E ytib sa kicm Aika." He said, pulleing out some of his pouches he carried to keep his supplies seperated. He then guestured to the forest and waited for Sheena to lead. A thought occured to him and he motioned to her. "Sheera. Tkiiro. Protector. Mnasilsan." He said, translating her name and job from her language to his. He then motioned to himself. "Jasper. Zotmin. Doctor. Balsan."
("I need to replace the things I used to help Aika.")
