Yeah, I actually thought that was kind of weird. I mean, legally, she was still married to the man, not the woman, so what happened after that? Did gabby and joxer get a divorce, so she could go be a lesbian again?

I just read the best subtext moment that I've ever heard of, and I never even noticed it before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In Forget me not, after Gabrielle doesn't have her memories anymore, Joxer is reading Gabrielle her scrolls back to her, only inserting his name for Xena, and Gabby falls in love with him and say, "Take me Joxer! Like the time just before you saved Ulysses!" eek eek eek She wrote what in her scrolls?!?!?!
