Jamie smiled briefly, but the frown went back to his face quickly. "I mean. . . I know that Penny and Jacen went off on their own. . . but Jacen came back. I mean we can't find Penny Regina. Jacen looked all over, Xavier looked. It's like she dissapeared. We don't know what happened to her."

"What?" Regina blinked and frowned. "That can't be right... I know she's still alive. I can feel that much. We have a good connection. Other than that though, no phone calls..."
Thinking about it made her start to worry. Which she'd do anyway but still. "I guess I should head to my room and get settled in before starting my own search for her."
"Thanks..." Gen said softly. "Where we roommates? I can't remember since we all went off on that big adventure so quickly."

Jamie nodded. "I'm. . . I'm certainly not suggesting she's dead. In fact, Jacen and I both know she's alive. I couldn't tell you how. . . but. Well, I guess you know." He said. "And if you ever need help looking for her in any way, please tell me." Jamie said.
"I- I miss her. . ." He said, his voice breaking a bit as he uncharacteristically showing his young age. "She was like my sister, and I want to find her as much as almost anyone else." He said, regaining his compusure.

"I know Jamie. Don't worry, we'll find her." Regina reassured him, though she wasn't entirely sure herself. She patted him on the shoulder and headed back to her and penny's room.
The lights were all off in the room, which didn't really surprise her. She'd rather have it that way since it was her room anyways. If anyone were to light it, then that would be invasion of her personal space. But with her powers over the shadows, she also could see very well.

"No ummm...I had Sonya. I haven't seen her around in a while so at the moment I'm roomateless..." She said with a smile. "So if you want you can crash with me...but be warned, I've been through two roommates already...so I'm bad luck..." She teased.

Gen couldn't help but grin at that. "I haven't really had a roommate for long period. I don't even remember who was rooming with me..." she admitted. "Thanks for the invite. I think I'll join you."

"That would be me...your old roommate that is." Teagan said, walking up besides the two girls, smiling.
"Good to see you again, Gen." She said, leaning against the wall. "So you're going to stay with Rachael? Want some help moving your stuff?"

Stupid voice, you have no choice in the matter. Jade watched the girl enter the room and thought this to be an easy target. She knew Regina's abilities.
"I know you can see me," She said in a cold voice... a voice that was familiar and yet wrong.
"Pen-"
"She's gone," Jade tightened her grip around the blade and made a clean throw acrossed the room and pinned the cloth of Regina's shirt to the wall. She slid another blade out of a holster and walked over to Regina.
"This is how this is going to go. You and your friends are the one thing Penance holds onto... and with these hands, I am going to kill all of you... because that would drive her mad... and well, it will get you out of King Pin's way so he can rule this town."

"Ok, you win Teagan, Gen can crash with you...." She decided to tease them a bit. "I'll just go back to my lonely room...and be alone..." She sighed trying hard to sound depressed but failing miserably.

Jamie sighed as Regina walked off. He was upset that he'd broken down about Penny like that. He tried to act normal when people were around. He shook his head and ran up to his room, grabbing the Katana he had gotten on the beach, what seemed like years ago.
He went outside and stood next to the basketball court, going through the motions Penny had taught him before she left. He smiled inwardly as he worked up to full speed, amazed at how far he had come by working by himself, and with Wolverine and even Jacen when they had the time. He wondered when Penny would be back, and if she would. He'd love to spar with her again, to get an idea of how far he had really come. Maybe this time she wouldn't beat him so easily. . .

"How about we see if there's a way to have 3 people in a room? Bunk beds and one real or something?" Gen suggested. It seemed like she might actually make some good friends and she'd rather not lose the opportuny then and there.
Regina blinked at the girl in the room with her. It was Penny, but it wasn't. Her hair was all wrong... and her eyes. They were so strange compared to the compasionate Penny.
"Guess what." Regina shot back, watching the person that looked so much like Penny. "I'm not going to let you kill me OR Jacen. It's one of the few things Penny has that keeps her happy. And damn she's my best friend!"
Falling back into the shadows, the sword fell away from her shirt. "Silly trinket..."

"I can wait for you all night, Regina. I will know when you come out of the shadows before you do... so while you play in shadows, I think I am going to have some target practice," Jade said and put her boot into the door and broke it from the hinges.
"Which X-Men want to play?" She said immediately seeing her next target: Kitty Pryde. The girl didn't even have a chance to phase before she found the end of a short blade through her shoulder, "I thought you were supposed to be prepared."
"Come out and play little X-Men, Jade is hungry."
She could feel the could start to spring up from the floor. Oh he knew her senses would be sensitive to it. This one was called Iceman. He was young, arrogant and stupid. She jumped off of the floor and bounded herself off of a wall. The angle was enough to put her into movement towards Iceman. She had enough reflexes to miss the shards of ice he sent towards her. The blade she had threw at Regina found it's way into his leg.
"Really, Robert Drake, I would have expected better. You are lucky you are not on my list or this blade would be through your throat," She pulled it out of his leg and kicked him aside.
Out the window she saw her next target, "How are you going to like this one Penance... your little brother is going to get a beating."
Not bothering with the steps she ran out onto the balcony and jumped towards the earth. Perfect landing. Drew her sais.
"Mr. Nash... you better hope Penance was a good teacher because you're going to need it right now."

Regina frowned and worked her way through the shadows out onto the basketball court. "Jamie, I don't know what's going on but this is Penny's body. I know it is! She's too much similar to not be."
Keeping her ground, she pondered using her shadow lighting... but this was her friend. she couldn't do something like that...
"Oh I'm sure we can figure something out..." Gen commented, looking around. "What do you think Teagan?"
