Leo let himself be pulled along and looked back over his shoulder, whispering, "Please be ok..." They reached the ladder, after running past a few Keese, sleeping now, and he looked back once before he started climbing. He reached the top and blinked as his head popped out.
"Well, I see you are here too." He backed up and then turned to sprint once Joachim joined him. Soon, they were far enough away to not have to worry about the slow ReDead following and he slowed.

"Do you wish to climb up or take the scenic route?" He flicked his tail, and slowly, it became apparent that he created his own light.
"I cannot climb so, I must take it anyway. Its is a bit easier on the legs." Shrugging, he flicked a small part of the purple glow ahead of him, lighting the way.
Outside, Solia was frantic. Running up to Leo, she began to inspect him for any wounds. "Oh I'm so sorry. Do you need anything? I have medicine at home...oh...its all my fault...."

Leo allowed himself to be inspected before he mumbled, "It's not your fault..." He looked at Saphirix to make sure she had followed and then back at Solia. He held out an arm and turned it over, showing a few scorch marks from batting flaming Keese away. "These hurt a little..."
Elk sighed and wiped his brow, "Lead on. Leo will be safe with Solia. And I'm sure that the strange woman above won't harm them..." He was trying to convince himself as well... For he had no idea what the woman had wanted...

Sapphirix flew out withLeo, she dusted herself off and exclaimed,
"Oh gosh! Thank the Goddesses we're out!" she stretched her wings, then saw her master waiting near the other end of the hole. She zoomed over to her, and was engulfed in the darkness of her cloak. The dark blue glow disappeared.

Solia, glared at the stranger. "Who are you?"
Joachim smirked at Elk. "If she tries to harm them, the souls will stop her..." The phyri ended at a dead end "They are bound to do so." Rearing back, he kicked the wall, opening a broken door in the worst way...by breaking it more. "After you."

Curious, Elk walked through and asked companionably, "Souls you say?" He felt the spark that meant Solia had touched Leo, and he knew he was safe above.
Leo looked to the stranger just as Saphirix disappeared and shivered. Who, or what, was she..?

Thw woman in her ragged cloak stood there, a breeze rustling her clothing. She looked to be in a human form, so she must have been a human. Though of course they could not tell from the darkness. Through the hood was a seemingly dark, magenta eye that peered at them. And raven black hair that rustled with her.

Still glaring, Solia asked again. "Who. Are. You?" She hoped it wasn't a graverobber...those were the worst.
Nodding the Phyri walked through the broken door, leading to a run down hut. "Yes. The souls. They do not take to violence against the grave keeper or his daughter." He peered out through the broken window, where he could see Solia and Leo. "But...they don't care for anyone else."

Leo wrapped himself close, it felt cold... He shivered, then continued to shiver and looked around him. Why was he so cold all of a sudden?
Elk looked out the window at the others and sighed, seeing Leo there. "I am sure he will be fine... After all, the child has a greater natural talent for magic than I have witnessed." He smiled to himself and nodded to Joachim, "Would you like to make the grand entrance?"

The woman looked at Solia, then at Leo, then to the run down shack. Her lips moved, but only she could hear her whisper,
"...They're hiding...an ambush..." she began to back up a bit. The soft, sapphire glow of Sapphirix was seen under her coat.

Solia blinked and bent down, as if to run. "Ambush? What do you mean?" Oh....if she ment raiders....this was going to be a long night.
Shrugging, Joachim trotted to the back wall. "Do as you like, I am content with watching."

Ehvian was actually referring to Joachim and Elk, who she could sense were going to pop out at any moment. She was still fearful of the cold Phyrie, and didn't want to be caught in a tangle with him. Besides, Sapphirix didn't care for using her magic for fighting, though she could a bit.
The woman looked at Solia with her one Magenta eye,
"I am Ehvian, dear girl. I am not here to rob graves, or do any sort of trouble..."

Elk sighed and pressed against the wall, "I think I'll wait as well." He wanted to gauge Leo's strength on his own. So he would wait.
Leo wanted heat. He was cold. So cold. He was shivering again and didn't understand why. Looking up at the woman Solia argued with, he saw a darkness around her that swayed dangerously. He shivered again, both from the chill and fear.

"Then have you come to pay your respects? If so, wait until daylight hours. The Graveyard is closed." Solia was still on edge. So much in one night...It was almost unbearable.
Joachim chuckled a bit. "I must admit...it has been a long time since I have seen her upset...maybe this is a good thing."
