So either guess is correct, I suppose, since I didn't specify whether book or movie.
Um, I would guess so, though probably only a few would get it. Try it out, just specify what source book you're taking it from: i.e, Beedle, Quidditch, Fantastic Beasts, etc.

Chikamio, you're supposed to provide a quote for everyone to guess if you guessed the last one.
And yeah, Kingsley Shacklebolt did sort of steal that quote in the movie. I can't even imagine anyone else saying it now. I even had to look it up because I was certain he said it in the book too. But Chikamio's right, it was Phineas Nigellus Black in the book.
I wouldn't advise giving quotes other than the main books and/or movies (as we're having enough trouble distinguishing between those two) unless it is really easily pinpoint-able. (And do we really want easy?) But you have to remember that not every fan has those three "extras" to look up the quotes from. Unless you are talking about the Tale of the Three Brothers which is quoted in Deathly Hallows. That one I would say is free game.
And by the way, if it is one of those books, couldn't you just say the quote is from Newt Scamander if it is found in FB or from Kennilworthy Whisp if it is found in QttA? You could even say that Beedle said any quotes from Tales of Beedle the Bard. Because the characters wrote the books, it is not as easy to ask 'which character said this?' from those three books.

Sorry guys, I've been a little ill, and haven't had time to think of a quote. Someone else can go.

That would be Petunia Evans. And the quote from Lune is actually Draco talking to Snape. Although, that one wasn't a direct quote from the book. wink Anyway...
"Aha! I've had a tip-off that you are intending to place a massive order for Dungbombs!"

Cormac McLaggen. Just read that part in Half-Blood Prince as a matter of fact.
"I wonder how you can expect to gain an idea of my usual teaching methods if you continue to interrupt me? You see, I do not generally permit people to talk when I am talking."

McGonagall! I love when she turns on Umbridge like that.
"Not at all, not at all, not offended. It's natural to feel some curiosity about these things. . . . Wizards of a certain caliber have always been drawn to that aspect of magic. . . ."
