Mike shook his head. "No, I've never heard of it before." All of these new food names confused him.

Crux was happy to share all of these new things with his new beau, ecstatic to have a feeling other than the loneliness he masked with a glass of rich ale. He didn't really have anything to say, besides the bawdy jokes and thoughts he shared with his barmates. He was at the town's edge when he asked, "What do you want to do first? Food or shopping?"

"Let's eat first." Mike's stomach was getting mad at him. He was happy, he wasn't feeling any kind of sadness. Just happy to be there, happy to have a place to be.

"It's over here in the tavern." His paws made an echoing sound as they stomped over the cobbled streets towards the tavern. "Well, here we are." He pushed open the door and turned, bowing to Mike. "After you, my dear."

Mike walked into the tavern, still a little self-conscious of the event from last night. He looked at their table in the corner, noticing it was empty once again.

Crux smiled at Mike's glance at the table, he loved watching his new throb. "Want to sit at our table? It's open."

Mike was very happy in the little piece of what seemed like paradise he had stumbled upon. "Yes.. Let's sit." He smiled slightly, walking to the table, eager to sit down next to Crux again. Nothing sounded better than being close to Crux... he scooted close to him, just wanting to feel the warmth that came off of him.
