Fernstar gave the windclan leader a small smile, flicking her tail with satisfaction at the offer. "I will make sure to let my warriors know the conditions, Fleetingstar; you have my clan's thanks." she mewed with relief, "We will take only what is necessary and as soon as the river thaws, we will be off your territory again and the code will go back into place."
The pale, dappled Riverclan leader dipped her head deeply to Fleetingstar before rising to her paws again and raising her fluffy tail. Although she still looked ragged on the outside, her posture and expression had been revived. "I should let my clan know of this compromise, and you should probably get back to fill yours in on it as well." She dipped her head to him again before padding back out to her clanmates.
"No, I suppose they're not, but at least it'd help..." Hawktail murmured, flicking an ear back to listen to the sound of soft pawsteps coming from across the clearing. She turned back and glanced at Rollinggust with a bit of a sheepish smile. "I was just taking a look around; this is an interesting place, don't you think?" She meowed, flicking her tail at the warrior, "Looks like vacation is over though, I believe our leaders are coming back out." With that, the brown-tabby she-cat padded away from the Riverclan Warrior's den to rejoin her clanmates in the center of camp.

Icefang had followed the patrol and Windclanners back to their camp, and then had settled in a corner to wait. He was able to see most of the small wind clan group from where he was, and Fernstar's den. It was a good place to wait.
Hopefully this would all end well, but until the leaders were done with their meeting, they wouldn't know. Either way, it was out of their paws, and they would learn their fate soon enough.

"Alright. Thank you for your time Fernstar." Fleetingstar bowed his head slightly. "Hopefully this will all work out well for us."
He pulled himself out of her den without another word or hesitation. He still didn't feel comfortable in there, or anywhere in Riverclan. He wanted to be back in Windclan, where he could feel the wind blowing through his fur. And soon, other clan cats would be able to feel the same, but oh well.
"Hawktail, Hawkwing, Rollinggust, we're leaving now." He told the other warriors before leaving through the enterance.
"Oh." Halcyontail thought for a moment that she was enjoying the conversation, but she was glad to hear that they were leaving soon too. She could get some sleep and forget the whole ordeal her clan was going through.
