I'm new 2 this whole thing and i haven't made my character yet bckuz i'm confused.
do u make your character b4 u graduate from th Role-Playing academy or after?

for the first question i would say yes go ahead and make your character. then when you pass the rp academy send it to that villages head ^_^
and as for being an uchiha....thats a touchy subject in this guild... i think theres only one uchiha active in the guild. its rare that they are given to new people ^_^ you can try to apply for one though.
go to the game system thread and take a look at the clans forum. every clan is there and to make one you need permision... ^_^

im sorry lover but just because you have the contacts doesn't mean we'll let you play an uchiha XD usually you need to have a background with the guild that can be gained only with time. new people dont get to play uchihas because of the fact that there most of the time grossly over powered. your welcome to play as one of the other clans however ^_^
