As those with medical expertise buzzed around, Archer stood in the Atrium, feeling rather useless. Finally, he looked up as a man came around with paper. Ah, there we go. It was time to choose what role he would play in all this. He didn't know what he could do, really though. Because of his memory loss, he had become quite good at research, having had to choose how best to represent his country and find out how the proper Englishman should act. If one thought that history was hard, one should try to research the entire Gentleman's Book of Manners by Miss Eustacia "Ye Shall Never Blow Your Nose In Public" Day. Because of that woman he could now face even the most dull speech or read any book without fear of falling asleep. He was a decent hand at research, right enough. Medical was out though. The most he knew about wounds was that one should take it like a gentleman and slap a few bandages on it. He chafed to hunt down Audun, the foul fiend...

Still, it was irresponsible to offer to do that unless he was absolutely sure he was the best candidate. And he wasn't sure at all. As far as stealth went, he was decent, yes, but he was sure he wasn't the best. Gentlemen were known for being discreet, not for being ninjas, for goodness sake.

Archer bit his lip, but finally came over to the recruit with the list. "I can assist the researchers." He would let necessity decide where he was to be, he concluded. He could not let rash fancies hinder the efforts being made to save Einar.

"I will stay with the research group," said the priest as he gathered Einar's legs up as instructed. He had faith that Shee knew what she was doing, and that they'd find something; God couldn't be so cruel. There was a lot blind belief could do.

Once he was sure he had a good grip and wouldn't drop the Norwegian, Asmadai glanced up to Lai. "Ready? On three."

Del swayed to the side, watching the current events occurring. A male was going to give the Norwegian blood, but than he collapsed. There was some chatter between the Elites and two females went to assist to the one who collapsed on the priest. Del could not find her position to assist as there seemed to be so many confusing things going on her brain could not take it all in. Rather she watched from the sidelines, analyzing the current events. Del's ears flexed hearing the word "research". They were searching for something? "I help research?" she questioned. If they were looking for a way to help rid he Norwegian of his pain, Del could help with such.

Lai watched as Rodney started with the paper, and saw three already approach him to assign themselves. Good, very good so far. He himself would give where he was going after he and the Father moved Einar to the bathrobe. The Russian turned his head back to the priest and nodded.

"Ready Father. One...Two...Three..."

He lifted with the priest and with his knees. Asmadai was shorter that he was, so on his end he kept the Norwegian lower in his arms so he would line up well with his feet. He looked down to survey Einar before they moved and could already tell he would be leaking blood. They would have to move him quickly but evenly.

"Okay now to the robe, we will have to keep in step." His eyes were on the priest, looking for a sign to proceed. When he saw it, he nodded. "And...Step." Slow, aligned, trying hard to not cause any more harm to the blond man. Getting him up was fairly easy, but putting him back down might be more challenging.

Mokoyis smiled. Plans were good. Still clutching the pager she approached the boy holding the paper. She could help with the medicine, but the methods here were far more advanced than anything she had ever seen before. Her songs and herbs would probably not be wanted. She could hunt though.

"I will help with surveillance. Then there wont be any need to page someone for that task" The Elite volunteered as she gave Rodney her name. She wondered if there was a way to trace the radio message that she had heard about. It would be better if the man called again.

"Oh." "Oh, I see." Well, that was a surprise, thought Johannes. A big group? Well, with 3 people already volunteering, it would seem that was true. Johannes' experience with research groups was average, as it was school and either half the people were interested in doing a good job or just slacking around doing nothing. They weren't very big groups either.

It seemed that this could go down a very different route, however.

"Well...I don't know how good I would be at surveillance nor at fighting since I really haven't...uh, been involved in such things...eh" Johannes couldn't help but smile a sheepish grin; he wondered how in the world was he even going to help in another situation unlike this one if he didn't know how to do these things. Brushing his hands in a nervous way, he finally declared "Let me help with the research -- at least reading and brushing up on things will serve some good."

I am definitely going to ask my father how in hell does he do these sort of things when this is all over.

Asmadai winced at the weight of the man, but didn't drop Einar. He was, to say the least, eager to move- it was easier to hold someone up while concentrating on something else, like staying in step with Lai. That, he quickly found to be easier said than done, but it wouldn't do to hurt Einar (much more than necessary, he thought glumly).

"Alright," said the priest, once they stood over the bathrobe. "The lady said to lay him on the injured side to slow the external bleeding?..."

Rodney had held up the pencil, counting the heads of each individual who had listed their intended group. That made four. Four researchers, one individual for surveillance. He had bitten down on his lip, nodding his head solemnly as he made a tally. "Your names, please?" He had breathed. "Four for research, one for surveillance. One at a time so that I can get this down cleanly." He had looked about the room before shifting to balance the paper on his arm so that he could write against something at least a bit stable.

"If there's someone else here who can transport the surveillance if it's necessary, I'll go with research; if not, I can fly a plane. I can get the group where they need to go. This Audun is far off? Does anyone have a general location?" Flying; the one thing he could do with an eye closed - a plane was a plane, and selfish as it was, Rodney felt something of a loving pang for the opportunity.

Archer gave a brief nod of a bow because though he was distracted, politeness still had a hold on his body. "My name is Archer Wells," straightening up, he continued, "And I am for research." He frowned. "If you need more for surveillance after all's said and done, though..." He couldn't help it, he had to at least offer when Audun's mocking tones were still ringing rudely in his ears. "I can transfer there." He was sure it wouldn't be necessary. Surely those of a higher rank would have the situation well in hand.

He waited a moment, looking to Lokiari as Shee instructed this be a three-man move. She was to be the third correct? He was stronger than he looked, he could hold onto Einar without wavering thanks to the priest holding up his legs, but he wanted to be sure. The woman was directing this move after all, on Shee's orders.

Soon the Father was moving and Lai had to keep up with him, with or without the third man. When the two men got to the robe he looked over to Lokiari. He knew her name from the mission to India he had gone on with her, Einar, and Moira. Best to ask the person who suggested it, right?

"Miss Lokiari, we lay him on his side correct? Or do we lay him flat?" Lai figured flat since he was getting blood soon, but better to be safe than sorry, especially like this. He would get back to talking to the others about what group he was in and all that as soon as Einar was secured on the ground and getting the blood he needed.

With a sigh of relief, Lokiari realized that the Frenchman had once more awoke. Now just to make sure he didn't pass out again! She was curious as to why he had fallen unconscious so suddenly, but chose not to ask - there would be no time to investigate if he was anemic or anything and so it was better to simply not raise such points. They didn't need any speed bumps at the moment, and Lokiari did not want to be the one to raise them if there were to be any. As the Korean man returned with the bowl of salt water and carefully laid it next to Einar before turning to the Frenchman's side, she couldn't help but wonder just why salt water was needed. Quickly, she filed that into the cabinet of "Things to Ask Later" as the man who had started to take charge leaned forward a bit and asked a question, she wasn't really sure if he was talking to her or not, but answered anyway, "We're moving him to that bath robe - it will make for easier and safer transport later. I don't know if we have any boards or stretchers." With the proximity of the Russian, she managed to catch the name the man called himself by when he introduced himself and gave a small nod. She'd have to remember that for later, as well.

As Shee moved to begin work on the Frenchman, Lokiari listened to what she had to say and gave a short, grim nod. It was true - there was not much they could do since he was already bleeding internally. Not with what they currently had at their side, though if he were to start to aspirate or had trouble bleeding, they'd have to intubate. Hoping that Shee would be able to do that as she hadn't had much practice with that recently and was better trained at going in through the throat than with the proper, safer way due to her training on the battlefield and her dealing with injuries there, she once again focused her attention on the three men before her. The beloved, it had seemed, would take the head, the priestly looking man the feet, and so the middle was left to her. The Norwegian quickly moved into assist as she saw the two men begin the lift almost immediately after Shee gave the okay, just mildly frustrated that she had been ignored by them and that they were not paying much attention to the injury in his abdominal area. Which was what they really should have been more focused on stabilizing than anything else. Quickly, she moved her hands under his lower back as they moved, daring enough to shoot a dour, evil look at both men who were moving him as they moved towards the robe.

When the foursome arrived at the robe, she was grateful when Lai directed a question at her and she gave a small nod. "We can lay him on his back for now, but watch him carefully to make sure he doesn't aspirate - choke - on his own blood. After we have his wound cleaned, bandaged, and he's received his blood donation, we'll turn him on his side." She paused slightly for both men to get that before she continued, "And if he does start to choke on his own blood, we turn him onto his injured side immediately, but carefully. He could die if he aspirates." Again, the Norwegian paused for a second to allow that to sink in to both men before she continued, "Ready to set him down? We'll do it on three, try to keep him as even as possible, we don't want to reopen this injury of his. One....Two...," with a small nod she finished, "Three...." Slowly, she moved to lay him down, being careful to keep her movements in sync with the two men at either end of Einar's body. It wouldn't do to drop him or throw him off at any point during the transfer, or they could re-open the blood that was congealing and partially sealing the wound.

Lai caught a glimpse of the look Lokiari directed at him and mentally he flinched. His mistake, he didn't mean to do it, but they needed to get Einar to that bathrobe. They were there now, so that part was over and done with, but Lai knew he had tread in some of Einar's blood. The thought still scared the man and it rose even more as Lokiari talked about the threat of Einar choking on his blood. The Russian would remain here for the time being with the man he cared about most but he would call over to Rodney and tell him his choice once Einar was securely down.

"Right." That was his response to the question the Norwegian woman rose to himself and the priest about setting Lai down. He too nodded and readied himself as she counted. On three, he slowly sank with her and Asmadai down with Einar in between them. He would not drop him, could not, and he didn't. Shortly the man was on the ground, flat on his back, and he looked to Lokiari for his next instructions. Time was slowly ticking on but so far so good. Then he remembered Rodney with the paper and turned to him.

"Comrade! Er....Rodney? Please right me down for the surveillance group." He was about to turn back before he remembered he did not give his name. "Lai Gorgonroff for surveillance. Oh! And the name of the bullet for the research party! NK-VB2, Norwegian Kemuel-Viral Bullet Secondary." That muttering of its name as Einar told them had come in handy. With that name the research group would be more effective. Lai had debated internally about staying, but he knew if he did and even if he was in the research, knowing that he was so near to Einar while near death would not be helpful. He could do surveillance and pray for the best. For now though, he turned back to watch his beloved and make sure nothing went wrong.

Both Estrelas and Eponine jumped as Alberto addressed them and ran into each other.

Human alert! Human alert! Eponine flinched. It was a stranger- a young man with skin darker than Estrelas'. She had never met him before, but she had heard of two new recruits, one male and one female. She assumed that this person was the young man. She quickly waved and ducked back down, going back to her habit of sneaking behind Estrelas' boisterous and slightly-overwhelming nature.

But Estrelas didn't seem in the mood to be boisterous or overwhelming. "We no know," she said plaintively. "People tell us do this and we do, but we no know."

Eponine peered out, surprised at her friend's lack of dynamite. But she had to agree. "We're really not sure what we're supposed to be doing..." She quickly thought. Estrelas was illiterate and had a 15th-century approach to medicine, but putting the Portuguese woman on the front was sure to bring nothing but trouble. Whereas she, Eponine, was... Well, she didn't have Wi-Fi capabilities like some other robots, but she was certainly at home in books.. But then again, wouldn't the front like to have someone quicker and faster than a human and had spent a goodly portion of her life hiding? And was bullet-proof to boot? But then again... Somehow, she didn't want to leave Estrelas alone at the base.

Mokoyis watched Lokairi and the two men move Einar; she almost missed Rodney's question. She turned back slowly, still watching from the corner of her eye. "Mokoyis." She paused a moment. Everyone else gave a last name, but she didn't have one that she acknowledged. "Just Mokoyis."

She looked at Lai again, "will you be helpful, or will you go rushing in as soon as you see the man that hurt him?" She pointed at Einar with her lips. She had noticed Lai's agitation, he seemed more upset than anyone else and it was perhaps not a good idea to let him near the evil person. "Because if so I do not think you should come and get the rest of us killed."

Asmadai had the good grace to flush at the look, but he didn't really need to think about such things now. Much more important was not hurting Einar as they set him down. Once that was accomplished, he straightened up and turned to Rodney. "Asmadai Riffael, for research." He knew his way around the library very well.

It didn't seem to be the best idea to move away. Perhaps it was just him, but he felt like everything that could go wrong would- it was like a higher power was working against them. (It'll turn out okay he counseled himself.) "What do you think you'd be best at," he asked Eponine and Estrelas. "That's how the rest of us are choosing where to go."
