((At the moment ^^; ))
-=Neko turned to face the surface, only about ten feet underneath the water. HE could feel the temperature dropping and smirked=-
Mreh...Looks like I'll actually have to use Jutsu...Seal seven
-=Neko's Chakra returned, but it was still much lower than Shiro's. He made a simple concentration seal and seemed to disappear into the bottom of the pond=-

Immune to the cold he was producing, Shiro kept a straight face as the surface of the water froze completely, though only two feet thick. He stopped the jutsu and his eyes sparked up as a Chakra reading made itself apparent in the lake.
So, he was only supressing his Chakra. Smart move, Neko, however, the Chounouryoku Eye can think before you can.
He resumed the Jutsu, the water freezing more and more as he continued it. He placed one hand behind his back and readied it in case Neko were to break the surface.

-=Neko wasn't in the lake, but his energy was still being emitted from it. Neko emerged from the trunk of a nearby tree, behind shiro, silently hopping up into the branches when he was completely free=-
Seal ten
-=Neko's energy flashed in two places for a moment, one from the pond and one from his actual location, but then it just resumed to emit from the pond. Neko's headband and hat were missing from his person, showing a few scars on his forehead as he thought up a plan of action, reaching into his shirt while squatting on a low branch, still behind Shiro=-

Thought you were smarter than that.
Shiro thought this as he used a discreet Gale Fist at Neko's back to avoid being detected. He had known about Neko, due to his Chounouryoku Eye. Shiro's Bunshin clone continued to freeze the lake, or so it seemed.
A shinobi's strength comes from his ability to conceal himself. But nothing can hide from me. Therefore all is obsolete

-=Neko heard the rustling of leaves and turned to face the direction it was coming from. It was too late. The gale hit him dead in the face, knocking him out of the tree, rolling to the lake where he slid for a while, face-down on the surface. IT took him a little while to recooperate before he started to try to get up, slowly. The blow had knocked more than the wind out of him=-

Shiro smiled and walked towards Neko, holding up his fist and blowing it off in an attemptto be cool. He decided that looking cool wasn't what a ninja was about, and therefore took off to hit Neko again, This time leaping into the air at the edge of the lake and aiming a Tatsumaki Gale Fist downwards at Neko in midair.

-=Neko screamed in pain as he was slammed back down into the ice, still face down. The ice started to crack quite a bit, and another attack might send Neko down into the freezing waters=-

Shiro landed his leap and turned to face Neko. He performed more painful katas and focused winds into his Hebi Mon Iwa Kaze No Jutsu, sending a ball of focused wind speeding towards Neko.

-=Neko struggled to his hands and knees, only to be knocked back down onto the ice, his clothes ripping apart from the wind. The ice shattered, but he stayed on top, barely breathing, still face-down against the pond. If he was going to come back, he needed to utter those two little words, but it seemed so hard to do. He focused all he had into it=-

This guy doesn't know when to quit
Shiro smiled. He quickly performed a Tatsumaki Gale Fist before running to another location at an extreme speed, barely noticeable.
Try this out
Shiro continued his series of attacks, he would strike out with his Tatsumaki Gale Fist and quickly dart to another location and strike again.

-=Neko took each hit directly, until eventually he just laid there, unable to think, yet alone move, from the pain. Only his waivering breathing was noticable. There was no hope for Neko getting out of this unless he could unlock his seal, which took concentration that he couldn't manifest through the constant barrage of attacks, so he tried to keep his conciousness, waiting for his window of opportunity=-

Shiro continued his wave of attacks.
Something is wrong. This is far too easy. He must be planning something big. I can't let him get any opportunities!
Shiro added a new attack to the flurry. In between Gale Fists, Shiro took the opportunity to Use a Vacuum Jutsu in order to keep Neko from staying in one spot for too long and as a method of keeping Neko from concentrating.

-=Under the ice, Neko rolled his eyes and sighed=-
What, is he trying to kill me or something?..Geez...Seal Five...
-=The Chakra level present under the ice abruptly grew, triple of Shiro's, as the Bunshin which was being mauled finally fell into a lump of wooden splinters. Neko forced about two feet of water through the cracks in the ice. The water quickly froze into elongated shards and spun wildly around the grove, partly being accellerated by the winds created by Shiro, but ultimately under Neko's control, obviously, because they only stayed within the confounds of grove. With the amount of ice-needles in the thousands, anything within the grove would most likely be impaled, if not ripped to shreds. The foot-or-two of ice covering the lake resolidified and Neko laid on the bottom of the pond=-

Shiro saw the attack before it had happened due to the Chounouryoku Eye,and was therefore not surprised by the attack. What surprised him was the intensity of the Chakra under the lake.
Figures.
Spreading his arms, Shiro created two Vacuum Jutsus in each direction from himself, the vaccums would easily divert the extremely light needles away from Shiro. Once he finished the technique, he resumed his Windchill technique to thicken the layer of ice on the water's surface.

-=The needles wouldn't stop swirling around the clearing, and the water surrounding Neko was surprisingly warm. It was his element, and he had ways of lasting for hours underwater, even if the temperature dropped to freezing=-
Alright...we can play the waiting game...
-=Neko's Chakra, supporting only two jutsus, was barely being tapped into, in comparison to itself, as opposed to Shiros, which, from what Neko could determine, was holding four abilities, at only a third of what power Neko's Chakra was currently at=-
