Ok, you can use whatever village format you want, but you could always get some ideas from mine, Silks and Matts =]

Leaf or Sand - I would Say Leaf as its hard for Leaf to not have a Kage when the guild open's, ok for an idea Check out either Mist Sound Or rock to see what you'll need,
Basically you need two Bingo book's
- Enemys, one that you write enemy's or Potential Threats in.
- Shinobi and the other Will store Profile's From the Village in.
Now i would like it so that these Are never Deleted Basically by Keeping the first page like an Index they can See what page there Rpc is on So they wont need To keep searching through it so we should never have to delete them Also. the enemy's status We can update like posting rewards for anyone who kill's that ninja and can prove it. Sound good.

yer i think each village will have a demon so yeah chose one and you Dream, Dream gets to chose first as she been longer you cant have 9 tails no one can yet.
