Luke shook his head in agreement. "You never know." He looked at the water surrounding them. "A little. I think the hardest part will be working on the small parts. When I work with a large amount of water, it's no big deal. But just one handfull will scatter wildly." The water ring spun steadily, moving around at a leisurly pace, the rainbows flashing in and out of existence. It had a rather calming effect.

"Really?" Reyson tilted his head to the side. "I find small amounts easier than large amounts." he took small droplets of water and scattered them around the ring, creating a disco effect. "But I'm still pretty good at both." he added. Reyson sighed and leaned against a tree. "Using all this magic makes me want to sleep."

Luke nodded. "See?" He made his ring of water vanish into the ground except for a square of it. He broke that square into smaller pieces that revolved like a solar system. Then he tried to drop all but one of the small pieces. The one bit left over hovered a second before shooting off to their right and dropping. "I'm not sure what it is."
He looked over at Reyson and laughed. "True. Indeed true." With a wide cat yawn, he stretched out his legs and curled them close. "Maybe a small nap would be best before I head back home. Practicing does take a lot, and we've been at this for a while now."

Reyson shook his head. "I can't say I have the answer to that either..." Reyson glanced at Luke and smirked, "You should be more tired." Home, huh? He stared at the sky, and wondered if he did want to go home. He felt more at peace being out in the woods. He shook it off and closed his eyes. Yes, he did need a nap...

Luke chuckled. "Got caught up in the practice. And-" He hesitated, then shrugged. "It was nice having someone to talk to other than two little girls and a naga. Vesna and her friend are near inseperable it seems, and her friend's guardian is never far behind." He smiled and scooted back to stretch out on the grass in the sun. He thought of the little nook he had found for Vesna and himself. Somehow he would make that spot home. He flopped onto his side and curled his tail close.

Reyson chuckled. "I do imagine it'd be better than to talk to a bunch of squabbling kids." Reyson was glad to have met someone new. At first he thought he would've been shunned by Luke, but he realized some taurs were different. He rested his head against the trunk and closed his eyes. He muttered to Luke, "If you ever need help you can always ask me. I'm always willing to lend a hand." He chortled at himself and drifted off.
((Ah well I need a time skip because Reyson's all grown now xD; do you mind?))

Luke smiled to himself. The girls had never really "squabbled" yet.
"I'll keep that in mind." He said to Reyson's offer as he slipped into naptime.
((No prob ^^ Be interesting to see Reyson as an adult.))
