Bolt (Lightning Law) hadn't heard her. Mostly because he remembered the man behind them. He fought him. He heard her sigh, though, and turned to her, "What's the matter, Kei?"

She glanced at him through her peripheral vision and gently shook her head.
"Nothing, nothing at all."
She then stood up and walked over to the bar, taking a seat at one of the stools. She ordered her usual of warmed sake and waited.

He sighed and walked over to her. He sat next to her, his gaze never losing sight of the television. This fight was really important to him, and so he didn't want to miss it. He looked at her, through the mask, and said, "I didn't mean to ignore you."
((I hate this layout also. It's... *sigh* SO UGLY AND HARD. Now I can't open a new Tab in Firefox with what I want. SO annoying...))

She shrugged and paid the bartender as he set her order in front of her.
"I know things are more important to you right now. besides, you don't want to lose your identity to anyone else right? Best make sure I'm the only one that knows..."

"Now, Lightning Law has friends," He said, "But only he knows you as more then that. There is no reason that we can not see each other."
Lightning Law sighed, "Besides, I'd risk my identity for a chance to speak with you. Even if only for a moment."
The gaze of the man behind the mask never left sight of the Television.

She sighed softly and sipped her first glass of many of sake.
"You missed my birthday..."

He frowned under his mask, "No.. I got you a present. It's just..." He didn't want to tell her. "I can't tell you what it was."
With a sigh, he said, "Believe me, I got you something. I got you it because I care about you. You can read my mind if you'd like, but I will not tell you what I got you. In fact, you feel the effects of what I got you this moment. It's just... You can't know what it is. It would completely defeat the purpose if I told you. If you knew."
But then, he pulled out of his pocket, a small rectangular box with christmas wrapping on it. "I did, however, get you something tangible for Christmas." He wanted to change the subject. If she really wanted to know what he got her for her birthday she could read his mind. He felt it would be cruel for her to do so. But should she be curious, then she could. Holding the gift out the her, he smiled, "Do you want to open it now?" It sounded odd for a person to use a sensitive voice behind a voice changing device. The robotic tones of his voice didn't compliement his speech patterns very well. Anyone listening wouldn't understand, unless they knew Keioko enough to know who Lightning Law was.

But whatever it was you got me, I'm sure I'll figure it out in a while and thank you deeply for it."

"I'm not sure if I should open it or not, it's only X-Mas eve."

"Ahh a place where true warriors reside..." mumbled the Nova Knight as he entered the bar. Smiling warmly at all the patrons the Knight glowed slightly under the influence of his fiery aura. Taking a seat near the bar the Knight ordered the usual beverages he consumed, which was simply a bottle of sake and a small cup to enjoy it in. As he recieved his order the Knight took out a few coins and placed it into the waiters hand while giving him a little extra for the tip. As the man left the Knight poured himself some of the Sake and took a sip. Drifting off and enjoying the taste of a beverage that only true warriors can enjoy the Knight smiled warmly and murmured, "Good sake...good sake..."

Lightning Law, clad with a mask and red/yellow yukata, nodded at Rasarai, then gazed back at Keioko. "Go ahead, please. I got it just for you. They almost kicked me out of the store because they said I looked too much like an angel." He was exagerating. Something like that happened though.

They almost kicked me out of the store because they said I looked too much like an angel." He was exagerating. Something like that happened though. She smiled and giggled gently with a nod. She took a quick sip f her glass of sake and set it down before pulling at the rwappings on her present. She opened up the small box and a necklace was revealed to her, made of a kind of black metal with spiked/jagged edges. Keioko smiled widely upon seeing it, then looked at Law.
"I love it, Arigato gozaimasu Law-san."
She giggled gently once more before leaning forewards and wrapping her arms around him for a firm hug.

"I'm glad you like it," He said. WIth that, Lightning Law turned his attention back to the Television. He seemed happier, but only those who knew him would know it. There was something about his body language. As if he was holding back from being too emotional with Keioko. As if he didn't want to let anyone know just how much he cared for her. But then, he did. It was odd to see the conflict. Only a skilled eye could catch this ripple over the pond of Lightning Law's life force.

Lightning Law walks over to the couch and sits down. He really wants to watch this battle unfold. But.. it's not very interesting anymore. It seems to have slowed down, if only the calm before the storm.

{walks in an looks around since this was his first post in hi new guild he wanted to make a good impression but didnt think he could}{countiued his walk to the bar after in taking peoples post an thought even they werent here he could still feel abit of the past}
