"It's the other way around for me." Koji said, almost laughing. "I had read about elves and other mythical beings, but thought it was all just myth. I guess the elves have races, just like us humans, seeing as though you're on these mountains and all of the other elves I had heard of were forest-dwellers."

"Well, we have bakeries in our cities. But humans don't stay up in the mountains for long periods of time, so we don't have towns set up here." Koji explained. "I'm sure we could cook or just find something around."

"Yeah, it is. Some of us are vegetarians and refuse to, but most humans eat a lot of meat." Koji nodded. "I admit, I love meat."

"We just see it as surviving. I guess I see it as ok because i've been around it all my life." Koji said. "What else is there to eat up here in the mountains? Or do you elves have trade routes and import food?"

" We have many trade routes with the other mountain clans, but we don't eat meat because of the animals deaths and if we did it would be very desprate times. We use magic to get the best food, as in plants." Ryra answerd without hesation.

"Yeah, I know some humans who feel the same way. I just feel meat adds a certain quality to a meal, but it's not important right now. Is there anything you're hungry for?" Koji glanced around the kitchen.
