Aeren yay! i want my face to look slimmer! i love compliments, its the best when other people notice you are losing weight. Yes indeed it is.

Aeren lifted weights yesterday. yay. going to lift today as well, and possibly go swimming. Good job Aeren! as for me, I put my weight loss goals a bit on the backburner. There's again... lots of constraints popping back up, although i have the inner motivation. And always will. exercise is theraputic and gives me a sense of order, and it frustrates me that i cannot get it in. my family doesn't give a s**t though smile

i did 50 minutes of cardio, and lifted weights for arms

Yesterday I did 40 min of cardio, and today I went swimming and did 20 laps. about a 1/4 of a mile. which is okay, it was still a really good workout.
also did lifted today and yesterday

I haven't eaten anything today. I ish happy about that. I do plan on eating, i'm just on a one day fast, sorta. lol ^^" I'm gonna have dinner, so i guess that doesn't count as a full day.

just be careful with not eating, it makes your body feel starved and pack food bits onto your body for protection
