"Yeah...can't wait to see what they have in store for everyone..." said Roy, noticing Alcyone tense up a little. He wanted to tell her to just relax and take it easy, but just then, there was a huge commotion of fireworks as Rhys made his grand entrance into the party.

The lord couldn't help but smirk. "That was pretty cool." he couldn't help saying. He looked over at Nometal, who had indeed come to approach them.

"We're good, thanks. And you?" he asked him before he focused his attention back on the morph. "Hey..." he held his hand out to her. "Wanna dance?" he asked Alcyone.

An enormous wyvern flew over the courtyard, illuminated from below by the firelight, and once past the party it banked down and turned until it had come around to land on the outskirts of the garden. From its back dismounted a well-dressed man, draped in black and white, wearing a gleaming white mask over half of his face. Siegell, costumed as the Phantom of the Opera himself, made his way to the party, a little smirk on his face.

Work with what the good goddess gives you, right?

Vika laughed quietly, modestly. "It's okay...I just thought I needed something to fit in here, and I found this..." She looked over Synra's form. "You didn't dress up, but...you're looking beautiful, too. As always."

Upon seeing Synra divert her gaze, she embraced the girl. "Synra...are you okay?"

She was about to answer Tibarn when distracted by Rhys' showy entrance. Her only expression was one raised eyebrow throughout all of it, thinking it ridiculous. She did laugh a bit when his finale' was interrupted by falling on his face. She grinned, watching Amelia panic and run to his side.

"It doesn't seem like you're giving me much choice on the matter," Lyre stumbled along after being pulled, her ears twitching. She took a moment to look around, and it finally connected in her head that she was one of few still armed; you can't take weapons away from Laguz.

She nodded. Yes, of all the creations of Madriana, it was Grishelda that she feared. The woman's aggressive and bitter nature made her prone to outbursts of baseless aggression, and she had no doubts that even a whisper of her half-betrayal would reach her soon. And if that should happen...

Well. She had to prevent it, if she still desired her life.

Her eyes moved up, and spotted the two who had unwittingly lay the foundation for that perilous treasure she held onto now- Vika and Synra, seemingly away from the others. If anyone would know what to do about their relations... well.

But her eyes also moved to the Hawk king- the regal laguz whose wingspan was an impressive thing, indeed. Not quite an ally, and a bit of an enemy, in his own right- but they had spoken to him. He had answered, rather than immediately gone after them with beak and talon.

"The people here... each on one side or the other of the valley we walk in. Tread carefully. We shan't get caught here."

She grinned at Alihi and nodded. Her tail calmed its pace, now merely sweeping across the ground as she glanced around to observe things around her. Ed noticed her counterpart, the younger Soren, and gave him a bark. She then caught sight of the older Soren and gave him two barks. It was not exactly a formal greeting, but it was something.
