you know it's kind of depressing the fact that i've barely lost any weight. I mean my measurements have gone way down, and my clothes fit better but the scale just doesn't budge... crying

What the scale says matters SO MUCH LESS THAN EVERYTHING ELSE. It's a guideline. For example.
When one of the first shows with fat people trying to loose weight, it could have been the first biggest looser, I'm not sure. I remember being disgusted and angry that there was a person there who weighed 165, and was *enormous* and I weighed 163 at that point and was quite fit, which is why at that time I didn't tell my weight to anyone. I believed I watched her trying to lift weights or something and I remember realizing that I was probably six times stronger than her.
If you had a choice between having a small scale number and being larger or having a large scale number and a small body everyone would pick the smaller body.

I agree with all of that, I'm just frustrated that the number hasn't changed much in 2 months.

wow, so as i walked towards the scale today i mentally prepared myself for a lb or two lb gain. Luckily when i stood on the scale..... i had maintained at 193.0
*does the happy dance*
so if i'm really good today, I should be at a loss for my weigh in!!
