pizza, coined by a really fit dude in my weight listening class from last year, is the healthiest fast food you can choose to eat. Top that pizza with lots of veggies, and you're set.
Now, we all know it's calorically dense, yet it delivers many food groups at once.
My grr- for the most part, I was eating rather good, but lately iv'e been on a chocolate craze!! Grippy is getting crazy for chocolate! I had some yesterday AND today. And I know some sweets will be on my menu tomorrow because I am going out. But I have some strategies to deal with that current problem.
mmm. valentines day. rawr <3
Also, I had to cut off my work out short today because of my ride. At least I got some weight lifting, and at least 20 min of cardio in.

Valentines day = Gah. ._.
Chinese New year= baaaad for the system. Lots of glutinous rice cake, very heavy stuff. >_<;

I still have a ton of pizza in my fridge because everyone left theres.
there is pancake fundraiser for the tsunami relief this morning. i think that i will go. num. pancakes.
my eating habits leave less than to be desired.

I ate a slice of pizza and a piece of chocolate today...and it was tasty. I have to have more willpower than this.

i've pretty much been eating pizza since thursday. we ordered 3 medium pizza's for 4 of us. one boy wanted one to himself, then refused to take the leftovers with him. so they got left with me. i gave pizza to anyone who was in my room. i however, ended up having a lot of pizza.
i really need to work on my eating habits!
i also did not do any cardio today. only weight lifting and abs.

Had hot chocolate. Only feel half-guilty, which is what is making me fully guilty. gonk I only feel jalf-guilty about it because I felt I deserved it after they day I've had. But I shouldn't have. >_<

breakdown: The week of valentines was not good for me. The valentines treats take their toll. Also, because I was not guarenteed a ride home everyday, I had to worry about getting a ride home from someone else at school, which meant I didn't get my exercise on stressed
on top of that, the week was pretty busy for me.
...but all is well. I'm going back on track tomorrow. 3nodding There is... a light at the end of the tunnel! xd

There is a light at the end of the tunnel. I think we all need to remember that.
Grr~ I need to stop drinking alcohol, its extra calorie content is not helping me out.

Complete strangers and aquaintances keep telling me that I look like I have lost weight. The problem is, I do not see it. I feel better than I have felt before, but I am not sure if I really am making a difference.

Sense: You definitely are making a difference, whether you notice or not. 3nodding Don't worry about it so much, it's always harder to see changes in yourself and easier for others to see. Careful not to fall into the trap of even more severe dieting- all it takes is lack of confidence in yourself to stray off safe course. ^_^

i am having a complete fat day, like even tho my weight has gone down a lb, and that my measurements are stable, i feel like i'm extremely bloated and BLEH. its so hard to look at myself right now

arggh.. i ate too much ice cream on monday, too much cake on wednesaday, and about 30 oreos yesterday... i *know i have more willpower than that, but i can't seem to summon it up..
never go shopping when you're stressed hungry.
