"Daniel, he, he was the key to activate the thing... the only ancestor of who sealed it away..." she said softly, covering her eyes with her hands as she cried. Her cries were those silent ones. She sobbed which meant her body shook and her eyes swelled and tears streamed down her face, but she didn't make a sound. Her voice shook as well with her body as memories of Daniel crossed her mind. "I let him die.." she whispered trying to find her way out of here to go get Zen back for this. This world took her mom and dad, brothers and sisters, even the kind folk who had tried sheltering her. And now Daniel; her first and best friend she had ever made. BAck when they were kids... before life tore them in different paths, he had be her only friend. Heck she wouldn't even be able to speak this language this well if not for him. She let him die. She was the reason he was dead.

____☾ When the finger points to the yonder мσση ☽ _←━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━ ━ ━ ⊱✩⊰ ╜ Well that cleared up a lot. Daniel was the key to activating this weapon that Zen now posessed. Which meant he could now use whatever this thing was. "Exactly what is this weapon anyway?" he asked curiously, and to ease his confusion. When he heard the other wolf speak to him telepathically to him again, he turned his head to look back at it. "Alright, so you're a wolf that can talk. What else can you do?" he replied with a small chuckle. ☆✰★ Theƒσσℓ will look at the fingertip ✩

Synthic was silent as she contemplated everything. This is not good if Renata suddenly started acting like this at the same time Kir's crane combusted. Something very bad was happening, but since they have no news of the outside world, they didn't know what they should do. They might be taking major risks if they did anything.

Renata just shook her head of black hair, strands falling in front of her eyes. She couldn't exactly tell him, except it could destroy all in its path. beyond that? She wasn't sure. She couldn't think. She just wanted to react. Wanted to go after Zen stop him. Find a way to bring back Daniel's soul. She didn't want to even consider as soon as she got there, her power and presence could only make things worse for the world. Didn't want to consider she was deliver more power to Zen and his evil plans. But she had to, and it killed her inside to know she could do absolutely nothing for Daniel anymore. He was dead.I... I love you Daniel... and I'm so so sorry, she thought letting her head hand low.

____☾ When the finger points to the yonder мσση ☽ _←━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━ ━ ━ ⊱✩⊰ ╜ Durithill yawned slightly as he continued to follow Renata. He couldn't see what everyone was getting worked up over. "So this Daniel died and Zen has a new toy? So what." he said aloud. He wasn't trying to be callous, but he just couldn't understand. He had never felt enough for someone to care whether they lived or died, so it seemed to him like people were feeling useless emotions for no reason. "This weapon can be sealed again, and the boy resurrected, can't they?" he said with another yawn. ☆✰★ Theƒσσℓ will look at the fingertip ✩

Renata turned on her heels quickly, a hand coming down and punching, yes punching, no sissy slaps from her, at Durihill's face. It could have sent a grown man back a good five feet. Her body shuddered and strong vines and roots crept up her arms to hold her back from smacking someone else. Her eyes, faded from red back to gray color, she turned her angry tears away sharply and held herself. "He was my friend! Daniel, the boy who was with us just yesterday. How can you, you not care!?" she demanded to know. "The weapon has his soul, it's not like you can just take it outand he's Daniel again!" she wanted to scream, but kept her voice down. Little Daniel, older Daniel. Caring soft spoken Daniel. Fun little toddler Daniel. Daniel, the easiest person to care for.

____☾ When the finger points to the yonder мσση ☽ _←━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━ ━ ━ ⊱✩⊰ ╜ Durithill lept back just in time to miss the punch. It looked like it had been quite powerful, and would have done a good deal of damage to his rather fragile body. "Why should I care?" Durithill responded simply. "People live, and people die. It's the natural order of things. It's been that way since the beginning of time. As the saying goes, there's no use crying over spilled milk." It was a little cold-hearted, but that was simply the way Durithill was. It was the way he had grown up, the way he had been raised. There had never been a single person in this world he had ever considered a 'friend'. He only made allies, and when they no longer shared the same goal as him he departed without a second thought. That was just the way he was. ☆✰★ Theƒσσℓ will look at the fingertip ✩

Synthic looked away from them painfully. Certainly Durithill was right, but to thrust all that on a child? When she's gone through so much? Maybe he could deal with that, but Synthic was unable to when her parents died, and when Kir and Amaranth escaped the Academy. She was about Renata's age when that all happened. "I won't put you in quarantine though..." Synthic muttered to herself. That was her punishment for crying; time in the quarantine chambers with mutated test subjects all around her, screaming and biting non-stop.

Strong vines and powerful roots began to shoot up towards Durihill, but she held up her hand to stop them. "No," she told them in another language. Turning her eyes she shook her head. She wasn't going to hurt him when he had been so kind to them, even when he was like this. "I feel sorry for you... for not knowing what it's like to care about anyone," she said in a whisper closing her eyes.
But she couldn't not do anything. Couldn't stand here and not do anything. It would be like forgetting Daniel's every move to try and stop Zen. Like forgetting everything had had done. So she walked, plantation growing and alive all around her as she walked. She didn't know where she was going yet, but she was going somewhere.

____☾ When the finger points to the yonder мσση ☽ _←━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━ ━ ━ ⊱✩⊰ ╜ Durithill scowled at Renata's remark. It aggrivated him to no end for some reason he couldn't explain. "Why should it matter whether I care for anyone or not? All people are the same. In the end, they only care about themselves." he stated in an annoyed voice, but he followed after Renata anyway. After all, he didn't have anywhere to go. His house, along with all the research he had conducted in his 12 or so years, had been destroyed so he didn't even have a place he could call home anyone. And it wasn't like he could just rebuild it. And everywhere he went people just regarded him as either a filthy, disease, wild animal, or an evil, souless human being. Sadly, he honestly couldn't decide which one he liked the least. ☆✰★ Theƒσσℓ will look at the fingertip ✩

Renata shook her head, knowing how untrue that was. She wanted to ask bitterly if that was why her family died? No, they had died trying to keep th world safe and to keep each other together. They died in the end, but it had been a selfless act...
Guidance. The thing people were supposed to give you. She needed a mom to hold her briefly and tell her not to worry everything would be okay. Maybe her dad, to tell her to hold her chin up and be strong, move along. Siblings to edge her forward and just be there. A friend to hold her hand along the way. But alone, was how she often stood. She was surprised they were still with her after all the grief she caused. But she wasn't going to burden them with her needs, well her wants for support. She would let herself cry on the shoulder of the air, let the ground beneath her keep her moving. She could see an exit from this place not far up, and that was where she would go; where ever it took them.

____☾ When the finger points to the yonder мσση ☽ _←━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━ ━ ━ ⊱✩⊰ ╜ "Unlikely." Durithill replied to Synthic without even looking at the woman. "There isn't anything magical up ahead from what I can sense, and they would definatly need at least one caster to take us." Unless they used Renata's power again, of course, which everyone seemed to be using now. It was very aggrivating to try and protect the girl when people could just wish her away. "Shouldn't you be reporting to Jilian or something? He must be wondering where you slipped off to." he asked suddenly with one, perhaps final, yawn. ☆✰★ Theƒσσℓ will look at the fingertip ✩

Synthic grit her teeth again. She suddenly snapped at Durithill, "I don't give a damn what Jilin thinks," She said angrily. She knew that whatever happened to Daniel, something of just as major value had happened to Kir as well, only he must have survived. No, she was telling herself that this whole time. He didn't die protecting the world from the Angel Eclipse. He's away from all of this and living a normal life...

____☾ When the finger points to the yonder мσση ☽ _←━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━ ━ ━ ⊱✩⊰ ╜ "You misunderstand." Durithill said, shaking his head slightly. "Wouldn't it be in Renata's best intrest if you reported in to Jilian?" The question might have seemed illogical at first, but Durithill had what seemed, at least to him, a perfectly logical explanation for it. "What if Jilian suddenly needed something, or wondered where you were? He would use that little crystal to spy on you, and possibly discover Renata's location. Even if Zen has this big weapon, I'm sure there's plenty of things their side could do with Renata's abilities." he explained calmly.
