If you get a Dervish ring up to around 8 CL you can keep up to seven screens at the bottom of Village Greens completely clear. Mobs respawn just as you enter the screen if you move fast enough so there's no chance of someone else killing the mobs on your route. I'm confidant that's pretty much the fastest way to power level until you can camp chest spawns effectively like at the beach place. You just have to make sure your other rings have a low CL so that you average at 3.0 or less. Having the angel set also helps speed up the process.
