Pre silently watched Jesse as he did what he wanted. She didn't know whether to accept this form of love or keep on her guard. She then remembered that he wanted her to take his place once he passes on. He wouldn't possibly harm her unless she defected.

(It's more like drama, and what would you expect from a visual novel? Well, there is some fighting and such in it but you can't actually see any of it ^_^; But you understand what I mean now right? One of these days Pre's going to be thinking in the lines of "If I imagine it's being done to something else and not me, it doesn't hurt. Just like how it doesn't hurt when a doll is cut." There are a few of these type of characters in Type-Moon. Sakura from Fate/Stay Night comes to mind but there are others, Kohaku was the original lol)

Even with him asleep she couldn't bring herself to get to calm down enough to sleep. Even if he looked calm while resting quietly there, occasionally rubbing her chest a little, she couldn't find sleep. It's impossible for a Faerie to sleep. She could only rest when she's expended most of her magic; then she would be very close to human-like and need rest. But she still has a good portion of her magic.
Instead, she closed her eyes and entered her subconsciousness in a half-aware state. If anything out of the ordinary happened, she would be wide awake in an instant.
At this point, she almost wishes that no one save her, so she wouldn't be found like this.

Pre's thoughts started to scramble as she lay there. The negative energy swirling around her is slowly crushing her from the inside. With her ability, she could remain herself for another day at most. Staying here any longer would corrupt her enough to become her berserker mode. The inversion would be a way for her to escape her current pain, but she might end up dead in the process. She didn't know what her chaotic self would do once it was in control. Jesse would most likely notice a different magical signature from her. Her magic and physical ability would greatly improve in a very short time span, and her mannerisms would be different.
She still fought back the evil in her soul. She's only been there for a short while and she already sees a difference in the color of her wings. They are slowly turning black. For Faeries, their essence is contained in their wings. For Pre's wings to suddenly start to turn black, it meant that she was slowly becoming her insane self.

Even though on the outside it looks like Pre's asleep, she still speaks up, "So is that what it's for...? To be honest, even with the amulet, I can still feel myself slipping away from what I used to be," She said. Her eyes slowly opened. Her face is calm.

"That would be nice, Master," Pre said. She still hoped that something would happen before she loses herself. She knew that even if she went back to the surface in intervals, she would still have the same taint.
They remained there for another while. Pre refused to move until told to.

Zaragi yelled form the bottle saying he could have gotten out and whatnot...The girl scrunched her face and fallowed happy someone had come to help them...

Considering she's still a virgin, Pre didn't know exactly how it would mess her magic ability up, but she knew it wouldn't be good for her.
Pre got up from the bed, "Yes Master," She said.

As she trudged along her trail, she saw a fortress in the horizon. She felt a gleam of hope and ran as fast as she could. She got to the gate and knocked loudly.
